BONBON
Not that I want to be on the dessert menu - but I'm all your favorite flavors wrapped up in one snowshoe package! Chocolate, vanilla, a little caramel and a pink gumball nose! I'm also really plush and soft like a bunny. What's not to like?

I do well with other cats and am dog tolerant. Please ask about me. I'm already spayed and it won't take me long to pack my bags to come live with you.

p.s. notice my hanging position. I love to just hang limp in your arms. I feel safe there.

Just letting all who helped in my adoption of my beautiful Bonbon how happy i am and how happy Bonbon seems also. She is doing so well and just graduated to the porch to look at the outside world. Very happy and friendly with company yesterday. I love her and she is very happy with me. Great cat and companion! Thank you all. Carolyn Mcdermott
Once again i am happy to say i made a perfect choice with Bonbon. She is a happy cat, energetic and very funny in her play. Extremely loving and likes to cuddle. She likes to be with me most of the time which makes me happy. She has met Foxy and just looks at her, Foxy is coming around to realize she iz here to stay. So far so good. SO GlAD I LOOKED AT YOUR CATS FOR
ADOPTION THAT DAY. 6 month report-never have had any problems with Bonbon. She and Foxy got along just fine.Very sweet cat but doesn't like when strangers come. The only thing i wish she wouldn't do is scratch and scratch litter box after using it. Too much litter goes out of box and clumps disappear. I suppose that comes from being a feral cat and trying to dig in dirt.Otherwise she is perfect. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

ISIS
Not as high strung as some of my seal female counterparts, I'm still very outgoing, friendly and tentatively curious!

Notes from Home
Isis has become a part of our family. She still has her room for sleeping and for her personal items: food, litter and some toys, but during the day when we are home she has the run of the house. Isis and Pacifico are developing a relationship. They stare at each other a lot and Pacifico in the last couple of days sniffs her bottom and her nose- sometimes still hissing but not always. He no longer hisses and hides, he now sometimes hisses and goes to his prefered places or they just stay at some distance and occasionally stare at each other. He is still rejecting her efforts to play. She has been respectful of the furniture- using her scratching post, and allowed us to cut her nails. We are getting hopeful that they will at some point become companions. No pictures yet but hopefully sometime soon.

Isis has evolved to be my lap cap since Pacifico died. She now sits on my lap for brief periods when I am reading at the kitchen table, and naps on my chest and lap in the afternoon- usually staying for all or most of the nap. She loves to be brushed and goes to the basket at the bottom of the stairs with her brush to notify me or the cat sitters when she wants to be brushed. She is eating a combination of Fancy Feast and kibble and has maintained a healthy weight of a little over ten pounds. Her teeth had tartar and she had dental work in September 2016 and the Vet did not think she needed any further care when she had her annual 2017 appointment. Isis now stays near the door when guests arrive, and though she does a little circle before coming in for petting, she now does get petted pretty often by our friends. She also likes Irv to rub her with his feet so gets under the kitchen table when he is eating. She has now decided that she likes the Cat Tree in our downstairs hall and often sleeps in the enclosed area for long periods of time. She is very sweet and very much loved. We feel very lucky to have her.

JOEY
Things are looking up for me!!!
After 9 years in a good home, my mom died and I found myself in a shelter and not liking that so much.

Foster mom has given me a real BOY'S name (for some reason my prior name was Zoey, nice but a girlie name). So far I have shown all the great traits of a flame boy - I am sweet, sweet, sweet, like petting, brushing, nuzzling and headbutts.

Foster mom says I am handsome too.

Updates forthcoming as I settle in.

Purrs from your pal Joey

Notes from Home
We are making good progress. We have been letting him wander increasingly more rooms in the house with Isis also wandering for increasing amounts of time. Today we have given Joey access to the entire house all day. He is mostly in the master bedroom either on the window seat above a radiator or on a soft pad with toys. Isis is still hissing at him on occasion so they are not yet friends, but on a couple of occasions they have sat about three feet apart on the rug. When she hisses, Joey just retreats. We have not changed his name. Joey is the sweetest boy but also very shy and easily spooked. When spooked his response is to get under the bed or other furniture and to eat less. As we were warned, he really hates to get in the carrier but we needed to do that to take him to the vet last Thursday. The doctor confirmed that he is in excellent condition including not needing any additional dental work. But that visit traumatized him: he went under the bed and ate little for two days. But he has now resumed eating and is exploring as noted above.

Update July 4, 2016. Joey is clearly much more comfortable now in his new home. He is a very delicate boy, but very sweet and doing very well.
Personality: During the day Joey's behavior varies. On good days he comes downstairs for breakfast and dinner and stays downstairs for some of the day. On other days he stays upstairs on the rugs, beds or window seats and needs his food brought upstairs. He is not a lap cat, but likes petting-mostly on his cheeks and head, and mostly for brief periods of time. He lets us know when he has had enough. Sometimes if we lie on the bed he will lie beside us and allow some petting. If someone comes to the house, he goes under the bed. He seems to love being under the beds.

Food. He still likes Fancy Feast and my Vet has assured me that is fine. He is a grazer, but usually eats almost all of two cans a day. He has gained weight and is now about 10 pounds.
Brushing. When he came here he was losing handfuls of fur every day and throwing up hair balls, I tried every available kind of brush including the one Diana gave me, but he did not like any of them. He now loses very little fur, I brush him only occasionally, and he has not thrown up for a couple of weeks.
Integration with Isis. They now tolerate each other, occasionally will lie or sit down within feet of each other, but mostly remain independent. Isis who ate only kibble, now likes Fancy Feast and will sometimes steal his food so I am the Joey food protector.
Toys: He likes the toys Diana sent with him and some I have given him including mice with cat nip. He likes to snuggle with them and sometimes tosses them about.
Scratching: At the Vet's suggestion, we are having his nails cut every two weeks. We have three scratching posts, often sprayed with cat nip, and except for occasional rug scratching that is where he scratches so the problem is under control.
So...Joey is very integrated into our family and I think is a pretty happy boy. We look forward to him getting more comfortable as time goes on and allowing even more petting and snuggling.
.

January 9, 2017

There are few changes from the update submitted in July. The biggest change is that Joey has now found soft chairs downstairs that he likes so sometimes stays downstairs most of the day and even sometimes overnight. When people come into the house he sometimes does not run away and has even allowed a female friend to pet him briefly. As to his occasional refusal to eat, our Vet Tech who cuts his nails suggested that may be caused by constipation and suggested putting a little bit of Miralax in his food when that happens so I will try that. He now often sleeps on our bed at night and wakes me in the morning for food if I sleep longer than usual. He also spends more time close to Isis. So Joey is clearly getting more at home here and is doing very well.

MONKEY
I am a quiet boy. You actually would never even know I was around until I climb up into your lap. I love to lap sit and receive pets. I like to touch noses too! I am looking for someone to be BFFs with me and spend quality time together. If there is another cat, that would be ok as long as they are not too pushy.

Love Randall -- We renamed him Chowder...
All good. Have sent Siri pics separately over email.
Please -- actually -- we call our flame point "Monkey" -- and that really needs to be his official name.
Thank you!
He's such a cute Monkey -- he has captured out hearts!
He's an absolute love.

RUPERT
Romeo Romeo where for art thou Romeo? RIght here, I think, though sometimes I get a wee bit confused as I don't see 100% well. However it doesn't stop me from finding laps, beds, couches, cuddle spots and whatever else I need. I grew up with way too many brothers and sisters, so while I love cats, I get alarmed if things are noisy and chaotic, so my only requirement is to please have some routine!

Rupert is beyond fabulous. :-) ....
Rupert was our beloved kitty.
Yesterday he passed away in my arms. Chronic kidney failure. We are so very sad. Personally -- I can't stop my tears. There was no other like our dear, sweet Rupert.
He passed away on January 2, 2018.

BEIJO
Look at me, and I'll purr. Say my name, and 'llI melt. I really need a home with another young, active cat to play with me, and of course, a human or more to love me. My name means "kiss," and that's exactly what you'll want to do when you meet me. I'll be ready to go home next week, so let's chat. Purrs, Beijo

ANGEL
Hi!

I just got here! I am a tiny girl and so very pretty and gentle. I've got the most super soft fur and I LOVE to be petted and kissed on the head. I just take a short time to adjust to my environment and people. I got used to foster Mama in just one day. Now I come out and stay out to be with her and get those pets!

I would like a quiet home, without children.
I am a 'graze' eater, so I need dry food (I don't care for canned food) out all the time. So that would mean I couldn't live with another cat who would eat all the food left out, and leave none for me! You see, I am tiny, and need my foods.

I am very quiet and don't use my voice much at all.

I will update all you good folks with more details about myself in a little while.

Notes from Home
Angel is eating and drinking lots of water. She is now spending the night in my bedroom on the foot of the bed, no more meowing at night. That is progress. She still does not like to be petted, but it has only been three weeks. All in all, I think she is doing well. cm

1-3-2018, Angel is about the same. Still does not like to be petted. She does like her Cat Tree. She spends a good amount of time on it. She is pretty much a loner. I am still hoping that will change in time.

FRANKIE
I was pretty scared when I got here, things haven't been so easy for me up to this point. Now foster Mom is showing me that there is nothing to be afraid of, and that I'm safe. I'm starting to really love her pets, and will roll around on my back and purr, wow can I ever purr. Foster Mom says my forever home is out there somewhere, and I'm hoping I find it soon. I'm also hoping it's a place with a little patience and a ton of love...because I'm really liking this petting stuff. Ask about me and foster Mom will tell you more.

Lots of Purrs

Omg i can’t belive it’s been a year since Frankie came to live with us. He’s still just the tiniest little guy. Frankers has adapted very well to life at our crazy house. While still a wee bit shy, he is always in what ever room you are in just hanging out with you. He truely has such a sweet personality. When he meows he puts his whole body into it and kind of hops up to get it out. It’s so adorable. We love him so much!

KITTY
A delicate stomach, a gentle sweet purrsonality! I'm a drop dead gorgeous, easy going, gentle and loving, occasional barf clean up lovebug. You can't beat my personality, I'm goofy, outgoing and will check anything and everything out, very involved with my people and my environment! I could go with a young playful male after a slow integration, and we'd have fun together, but keep in mind I may need a special diet (still working to determine the root of my sensitive system).

Notes from Home
Kitty made an extremely quick adjustment to everything. She plays with Kiko, sleeps with him in my bed and is just a joy. I still can't believe that she is 2 1/2 yrs old; she's so petite. Her "talk" is just a little squeak and she is not too vocal. She loves being on my screened in porch watching the squirrels and birds! As soon as I pet her, she starts purring. Her throwing up has not been an issue with me as Kiko does sometimes, too. She has a wonderful personality and she comes when I call her! Thank you for two wonderful cats!!!!
I have Kitty (Kedy) about 3 weeks now and she only vomited once. I think I know why she is so petite for her age--she has shorter legs!!! Also, this is the only Siamese that I have ever had, that doesn't "talk"!! She has this very "light" squeak!!! and don't hear it very often, but still love her anyway!!!

8/1/17 She is still just the most wonderful cat. Just wish that she could "talk". Guess she is not the talkative type!!
1/2/18 Kitty is a happy cat. She and Kiko sleep together and play together. I still think that Kitty's faint, little squeak for a voice is funny, but would have been nice to have a "regular" Siamese talking voice. Still love her though!!

Jubilee has settled in with her new family so well! It's like she's always been a part of us. She's a beautiful girl and we are so very attached to her already. Thanks so much for taking care of her and helping us to find her! We love her dearly.

I can’t believe it’s been a year! Jubilee has grown so much this year - she’s a happy, healthy kitty. She loves to sleep on my bed and play with her toys. She and her ‘brother’ love to race in the evenings. She’s such a joy to have around and loves to lie in my lap and be cuddled. We can’t imagine life without her. Thank you SRC!
