SHADY KNA DUDLEY
Fun loving, easy going, cuddly and snuggly, fine with other cats, boys and gals, chirpy and excellent habits. Nothing not to like here; and the only reason I was told no small kids is because I'm still learning how to play appropriately (I get a little overexcited at times). Everyone who visits just loves me, and I have many friends here I could go home with if you want a pair!

TAJA BIANCE
I don't need to tell you how cute I am; I think the picture says it all!

I'm about 4 months old and was born outside. My mom is in the program now. Her name is Xia. She was a stray, but I got lots of loving, though sometimes things were a little scary being outside. It was a little tough to learn about inside stuff, but I am a smart kitty and have decided I love it.

II got my name because my eyes are crystal clear, my personality is sparkly, but not over the top. I love to play, snuggle, purr, and am not afraid of other cat or dogs. ! Im very adaptable and easy to get along with. I'm curious about everything. If you have any of those wooden knobby thing on your blinds......WOW! My kind of fun!

I'm looking for someone to appreciate my glittering personality. I would love to have a home with another cat, as I'm very sociable. My foster mom thinks I'm pretty special. I think so too! Take me home?

Notes from Home
Last October, 2009 I went home to my forever home. I am very grateful to the Good Samaritan who rescued me, my brother and Mom and got us in with my great Foster Mom. I just love my new home, and I'm the center of attention! I love to play and anything is a toy to me. I love to get into the bowl of potpourri and pull out all kinds of ball like things, leaf like pieces, all of that is so much fun to play with. I do have many toys, but a girl can not have too many toys, you know! At night I sleep on Mommy's pillow, she lets me. I'm not sure what she sleeps on, but I sure like to sleep on her pillow. During the day I will stop playing for a short while and jump in Daddy's lap and get my hugs. I need to be hugged every day and made over. If you look at the pictures, you will see how much I have grown and Mommy says I have gotten even prettier, I didn't think that was possible! Well, I'm signing off for now and I will update the world later on my adventures.

THIBODEAUX
You met my brother Boudreaux - well I'm Thibodeaux! You can call me Tibby...I can't pronounce my name either. It just comes out 'acck squeeek mewwl'. I'm one of four siblings (Farrah and Grayer are my northern siblings) who lost their mom. A true southern tragedy except for the getting rescued part. We're onto a new chapter now and the story is still playing out. Maybe YOU can play the hero (or heroine!) Hit that little 'adopt me' key and let's put the pen to paper!

Thibodeaux and his brother Boudreaux are almost a year old now and have settled into our home completely. They are young, frisky, playful and love each other and everyone in the family. They have even learned to get along fine and cause no trouble with our two birds and pet rabbit. We are so glad to have them!

BOUDREAUX
Ca va!? 'Boudreaux here!

Fostermom is missing the deep south so me and my brother got Cajun names -- we're Boudreaux and Thibodeaux. Check out our northern brother and sister Grayer and Farrah as well. We all lost our mom and were rescued and bottle fed by a true Southern Belle. We're all healthy, happy, and wonderful little kittens according to the landlady. Looking forward to swingin' in a hammock with you real soonlike. Laissez les bon temps rouler!!

KEELEY
Sweet, petite, loving girl who just arrived. I've got a really loud purr and a good appetite. So far, I seem really into people. Too soon to introduce me to other cats formally, but I don't seem stressed out by the cats I've seen along the way. I'll have new pix this weekend once I've had a few days to recover from my spay. So far, I seem purrfect, so you better ask about me fast - I won't be here long!
Purrs,
Keeley

Notes from Home
Keeley has been with us a week tommorow and she is doing wonderful. She is a very playful energetic little girl. She loves the cat tree and sleeps on it often. She has started jumping up and getting in the bed with me at night. She will sit with us as long as you will sit there and her motor is just a running. She lets me know when it is time for her to eat.She has a great appetite but prefers canned food. She still isnt eating the dry food out of the bowl but will eat it mixed in with canned. Thanks to everyone for allowing us the opportunity to have this bundle of joy in our lives. We LOVE her very much.Big THANKS to Siamese Rescue you all are wonderful.

This is Keeley's 2nd week home and she is doing great. She is sitting in my lap as I type this. Her favorite place to sleep is in my recliner and then in the bed with me at night. She has been a good girl for the last two days no messing with the plants or jumping on anything. She stays very busy playing with her toys the little mice have become a favorite for her although we have trouble keeping up with them. She loses them under the stove and other places when she is chasing them. I got her a laser and she loves to chase it all over the house. She was going to go to the vet today but we have alot of snow and ice so we were not able to get out.She is still eating like a little pig and will only eat the dry mixed in with canned. She loves to play and chase the dog they have become very good friends. She has become a wonderful addition to our family!!

Keeley is doing great. We love her more than words can express. She is such a wonderful loving cat,we could'nt have asked for anything better than her.She keeps us entertained at all times. She loves playing with the children and is especially attached to my daughter.I think she is a lady's cat.She follows me around at all times even sits on the bathroom floor while I shower every night and stays there until I get out.She will only sit in my lap while I'm working on the computer anywhere else I'm sitting she will not sit with me.Cant quite understand that. When it is warm out I raise the windows and she loves to sit in the window for hours and look out.We would be lost without her! She always knows when it's treat time when I get the bag out she runs and jumps on the cat tree, that is where she eats them because when the dog is over she tries to steal them away from Keeley so I have her trained to go up top of the tree .She is a little on the mischievious side. She loves to shred toilet paper and paper towels so I try and keep them away from her at all times. She is very talkative when it is time to eat she will def let you know and wont hush until the food is on the floor. She still isnt eating dry very much, I have caught her eating it a couple times but mostly the only way she'll eat it is mixed in with the canned. I am very happy in my decision on adopting her we could'nt have asked for a better cat and companion for our family!

MOSES
Ok, I'll admit it - I'm getting old and that in turn has caused some problems with my kidneys. Unfortunately, there's no way of knowing if I'll live another 5 years or just 5 months. Just like life itself, there are no guarantees.

Foster Meowm says it's going to take a very, very special adopter who knows that it's not the length of time we'll have together - it's the quality. Could that special adopter be you ? If so, then go ahead and hit the Ask About Me and Foster Meowm will be happy to provide all the details.

Notes from Home
Moses is doing great. He is a very dignified meezer geezer and very affectionate. He has a set routine, which he has taught us, as he is an excellent manager for his human staff, consisting of several tours of the house, with stops at everyone's water bowl so he can dip his paws (he also gets in the shower with us), then a snack, and finally a day long nap on our bed. Once in a while he gets up for a snack and then goes back to snoozing. In the evening he makes rounds again and then hangs out on the couch, sleeping on us or by the other cats. At night he gets his medicine (which he finds incredibly undignified!) and then goes to sleep in his bed in the bathroom closet, nicely warmed up by a nearby space heater. Although he often finds his staff a little dense and slow, he appears overall quite contented with the service and accommodations :-)

SAMUEL
Okay, let's go ahead and put all the cards on the table. Might as well be honest up front, if we're going to start a relationship, right?

First of all, I'll tell you that I have been a very good boy. I don't smoke, I don't drink, I haven't done drugs. I had my claws removed through no request of my own, but it didn't make me a biter, and it didn't cause any litterbox issues. I'll eat anything and everything you offer, I'm just grateful to have food, but not all food agrees with me (see my owly eyes?) so I'm going to be cutting out grains in my diet. I don't mind, as long as I get lots of lap time.

Second of all, I am free, however you must provide lots of lap time. I am medically compromised, so there's no adoption fee.

I have a heart condition, and you can do one of two things about it, in addition to providing lots of lap time.

You can run all kind of diagnostic tests if you want, and see what's up. I'm flexible, doesn't bother me. I must be able to sit on your lap when we get home though.

Or, you can love me as is and see how it goes. I'm fine with that too, as long as I get lots of lap time.

The prognosis is 50/50. I could live for years without issues, and I could have problems. We just have to wait and see. I have a very sunny attitude, though, as long as there is lots of lap time.

While you may think this is all sad and heartbreaking, I really don't. I'm grateful for what I have, I'm pressing forward with my life, and enjoying every minute I can. I only have one request, yup, you guessed it, lots of lap time.

Notes from Home
Samuel (formerly known as King James) is doing great. He has regrown all his fur and is simply GORGEOUS! Most importantly, Samuel is my best buddy. He sleeps in my arms every night and comes to the door to greet me everyday when I come home from work. We had a special connection from the moment we met. He continues on his diet of special protein (venison or duck only - anything else makes him itch terribly and scratch his eyes and pull his fur) and the biggest struggle is to keep him away from everyone's else food, as he is a major piggy. We are so fortunate we had the opportunity to adopt Samuel a make him part of our family.

OSCAR
Seems every time I turn around, I am in a new place. First my owner had to give me up - then I was in the shelter - then a temp foster house, NOW here - so I am just a bit shy but I will warm up quickly. I do love attention so I will need someone who likes to give attention. We can carry on a conversation if you like. I also like to play --- so if you are interested in carrying on a conversation with me - ASK ABOUT ME!!!

HURLEY
Big-ole lover boy; never met a stranger. Loves laps, will apparently sit forever. Conversational, but not an incessant talker. Just about purrfect except .... may have the potential for being a door dasher, so needs a home with beans who can be diligent about keeping him indoors.

Hurley is doing well 4 years later. He loves his heated kitty cup and cat tree! He's a rather reserved guy but he does like his lap time and often "helps" me while I am at the computer for work or pleasure. Although he doesn't love the dog Aurora, he has certainly grown to tolerate her as the picture will attest. We have a new human baby in the house these days, but Hurley has even adjusted to our little boy Noah and his cries. At first Hurley preferred to run and hide but he's back to his usual semi-social self. Overall, although he might prefer to complain a bit, he's a pretty content kitty!

PURRSIA
Clara here, stilll singing and dancing to the Nutcracker music. I've got a little bit of a kitty cold, but I still think the holidays are just the best when you have good music to listen to, a warm bed to sleep in and lots of sunshine. I'm such a happy and easy going girl even though I am a blue dilute tortie. No "tortitude:" in me. I love sleeping and cuddling with people and am all around a tiny little princess waiting for her forever home. Be sure to hit that "ask about me" button and Mama Katie will tell you how sweet and wonderful I am. Oh, yes, don't painc - I came out of a feral colongy (I'm what's known as a "friendly feral") and so my left ear is slightly tipped. It doesn't bother me, so I hope it won't bother you, either Love, purrs and cuddled, Clara.

Notes from Home
Hi! My name is Purrsia! I was AKA Clara at foster mom Katie's house! I moved in with my new family in January. I am a good girl and am loved so much! Daddy is happy because I bonded with him because he slept with me in my "safe room" for 10 days. Then I got to meet the others....Minka and I became friends almost immediately! Mommy watched us carefully for the first few days....but she didn't need to because we played right away! Minka only got mad once...that was the day I discovered where the other three cats food was kept!!! Andy and Arli are nice to me too. We all play and eat and sun ourselves together. I am still little, but I have grown since I came here and Minka and I are the same size now! My fur is still creamy white, with a touch of blue on my face and a tortie tail! I'm quite unique and Mommy and Daddy say I'm beautiful!

I like to snuggle with Minka the most....but I do sleep in the bed at night ONLY after I've spent 10 minutes trying to "kill" Mommy's feet under the blankets! Just like all of the other cats....I like to watch Mommy get ready for work and I like to greet her when she comes home! I can't wait to see what this warm weather is all about! The windows have been open and I am quite fascinated! I love to look up...always looking up at the ceiling, fans, lights...The other day I almost fell backwards looking up because I was on the window perch when a flock of Geese flew over, honking away! Amazing!

Thank you foster mommy Katie...you did a good thing letting me come to live here! Thank you Peggy and Siri for letting me too! You have made my family complete and Mommy will be forever grateful! Love, Purrsia!
