PYEWACKET
Dear Santa,

Can you believe that Christmas is only a few weeks away? I can't wait till you come on Christmas Eve. Foster mom says that you bring presents to all the good boys and girls. Just so you know, my brother (Joe) and I have been EXCELLENT boys :-)

Foster mom says that you also enjoy cookies. Well, I'm not sure how to make cookies but I'll tell you, I sure make wonderful biscuits. So I'm working real hard on making lots of biscuits for you and your reindeer!

Thank you, Santa, for taking the time to read my letter. If you can fit it in your busy schedule, do you think that you might be able to find me a home that will be mine forever? To be honest, that's all that I really want.

XOX - XOX
Pye

pssst ..... My brother, Joe, would really like a forever home, too!

Pyewacket's new name is Pilot. This little guy flies around our house, so we only saw it fitting to name him Pilot (we still call him "Pi" for short of course!). He's the sweetest cat we've ever owned and couldn't ask for better company :) We love his little quirks and how he rubs his chin over every object in sight. We know we made the right decision and are looking forward to many happy years to come with our very entertaining Pilot!

WOODLEY
Fun loving easy going cat friendly guy looking for a home with equal parts playing and snuggling!

Notes from Home
7/17/10 Woodley has become the perfect "cat ambassador" to all of the foster cats that have come and gone in our home. Woodley loves other cats and gets excited each time he has a new friend to play with. While he is sad when they leave for their new homes, he is excited because there is always another new friend to play with. Woodley has been a big help socializing all of my foster kitties:)

MINDY
I am getting braver every day! Foster Mom said I should have been named Dora the Explorer! Except, I don't know any Spanish, however, I am very curious and like to sniff around and see if I am missing anything. I am talking too! Why don't you ask about me before somebody beats you to it?? I would love to find my furrever home! Oh, and I have discovered that toys are lots of fun.

SCRIBBLES
Hi all, you know foster mom keeps wanting to do this thing called a photo shoot. I am much more interested in scratching my neck, no my cheeks, ooh the back scratches feel good too. No, don't pick up the camera. I want the two handed scratches please. You don't need pictures, just tell them how sweet I am and how ready for a forever home please. I have to get back to rubbing foster moms hands, Later Scribbles

There is a prossiblity that he's older than 7 because of conflict of information and might want to call up the Animal shelter in FLA and found out that if he was 4 yrs old back that time then he's likely 11 yrs old.

Update ... Just thought of this statement may be incorrect because the way my cat is now look too young and he's a tough cat!

07/12/2010:
Doodle has been with me for 4 years now. Sorry the update took so long, just realized you could update like this. Doodle is like a big teddy bear always wanting to snuggle! Doodle is very talkative and lets you know exactly what he thinks of everything. His favorite toy is Mylar balls, the shiny noisy ones, I think he could chase them all day if he didn't always lose them under the furniture. He loves them so much he recently learned how to open the nightstand drawer where he knows I keep the extras. Doodle doesn't like vistors or change very much and hides under the bed anytime someone visits. At first Doodle wouldn't come out until everything was back to normal but now he is more confident and usually comes out within a few minutes. When I adopted Doodle I adopted him as a companion cat for my DSH Abby. Doodle loved Abby very much and you usually didn't see one without the other but Abby passed away very unexpectly earlier this year from heart disease. So I returned to Siamese Rescue to find a friend and companion for Doodle and myself and hope to be adopting Reesie soon.

Just arrived so am still telling Foster Mum all about me but I did tell her already that I headbutt, I'll be on your knee, I love treats but I don't like being picked up much, well it is against my dignity!! Really!

Olivia is doing well. she is eating well and having normal BM's and voiding well. The only concern I have are the 2 cats don't seem to be integrating well together. My other siamese, Sabastian Oliver, is a 1 year old male and is constantly "bullying" her around. They don't play together and she stays hid from him 90% of the time. When I come home she will come a greet me but soon she is hiding again because of Sebastian. I wonder what i can do to help him to accept her better?

YEMI
LOW MILEAGE!! LOW MAINTENANCE!! That's ME!

Yes, I sound a little like a used cat, and that I am. I want to be the only cat, you only need one. I'm fine with dogs, so no worries there. I'm not good with small kids, but they're not good with me. I'm an easy keeper (dry food only is fine), and I'm not all over you, constantly talking, demanding, pushing, and so forth. I love my cat tree and would adore to be able to gaze out a window on it. I'll play and romp and be silly when you want to be, but not all hours of the night. I'm on the independent side so I'm not likely to sleep on your head, that way you don't have to do your hair in the morning. I won't take long to settle in, I'll be off checking out the place and doing my own thing pretty quickly. If you like those independently smart women, maybe I'm the car, I mean the cat, for you!

This cat will not tolerate any other cats in the home. A dog may still be a possibility though.Must be Only Cat

JONAH
Adopted as a kitten, and here I am back again. I'm a big handsome hunk of seal boy now. I am a nice friendly cat, and love everyone I meet - except for little children. I play with the other cats here, and I love to gallop through the house. I eat my food, use my litterbox, and beg to be petted. I'm not a lap cat - but hey, I'm young and busy! Maybe when I get older and settle down, but not for now! Too much to do for that. Foster mom says I'm really a 13 pound kitten.

We are enjoying our two weeks with Jonah everyone is getting to know each other alittle better. He has fit right in and wasnt scared to jump over the gate from the bathroom and explore. He is eatting, using litter box and chasing around the dogs! Sasha our germanshepard he still uses alittle caution, she looks like a lil bear, so he plays but still at a distance. Sasha is giving him that space. She does hope that in time he will play with her like he does Mazey and daughters dog Khloe.

He spends his mornings in the foyer at the window looking at the birds enjoying feed and afternoons running around or sitting on the riverside windows watching things. Im very pleased ive told him NO NO a few times for scratching and jumping on my kitchen counters, and he listened! He is full of life. Have found him napping in the upstairs bathroom sink! lol also in his cat napper. Its hard to get pics because he there and then not! lol We love him very much.

Well its Now July and ive been in my new home a month and some change! I love it and have run of the house, everyone listens to me the boss! I tried to go sit on the front porch with my pouchies that live here too and Mom said no! I wasnt to happy about that! So I had to sit in the windows~

He has been getting my son Aaron up for school in the morning if he doesnt respond to my Aaron get up Jonah will go slap him as if hey dude get up for school. He has taken to Aaron. My Husband will be flying back home on Wed and im excited to see how he is going to act. My husband loves Siamese, so we will see what Jonah thinks of Daddy.

All in all hes been awesome and we are happy to have him as part of our family! Ive sent his foster mom Jackie a few pics of him settleing in.

I'm finally learning what play means. Have not done a lot of that in my life but my foster brother Dustin is teaching me and I'm a quick study. I already know how to cuddle and love so now I'm a very well-rounded little girl.

Notes from Home
Dear Siamese Rescue People,

I have been at my home for six whole months now and I love it here. My new name is Simone.

I started out being pretty sick when you first found me, had to take lots of medicines and did not even know how to play hardly any games. Now I am very healthy, my kitty-doctor says I don’t need to take any pills or stuff and I have a lot of great games that I play with the people I live with and my co-Meezer, Sebastian.

I wanted to thank you all, especially Miss Renee, for taking me in, making me feel a lot better, and for working so hard to find me this home. Since no one knows my exact birthday, we all decided it would be June 21, so I am a Solstice kitty now and over one year old. I have a very big-girl coat with lots of brown and my very special white shoes.

One of the most fun things I do is watch the geese, ducks and squirrels in the back yard from our screened porch. I am not scared of them, but I am glad they all stay outside and we stay inside. I also have a favorite toy (Matilda-rat) that Mom and Dad throw and I go get it and bring it back. We do this a lot and I store her in the closet every night (Matilda-rat, not Mom.)

I hear Mom and Dad talk about you every once in a while, so I will tell you that everybody in the whole house is grateful for the wonderful work you do and for introducing so much joy into households, especially ours.

Mom and Dad don’t take many pictures, but when they do, I will send you one. They say I am VERY pretty and they are right about almost everything.

Lots of kitty-love and THANK YOU again,

Simone

SANDY
I'm Stellina, that means Little Star. I like to run at you sideways, like a "Halloween" cat! That makes Mama Rosa make the cackling sound, I think it amuses her. Mama Rosa says I have to get used to lots of petting, and playing and loving. I have perfect habits and I'm learning my manners too. (toes under the covers are my weakness) This is definitely the best place I've been in, but Mama Rosa says there's someone out there looking for me. My furever Mama or Daddy. My CatMama has left, but I still have my little playmate Caramella, we have fun together. My dream is to go home with Caramella, she gives me so much confidence and strength, and I help her be less lonely.
Con amore, Stellina
