Notes from Home
Miasing (now known as Mia Marie Susan Ann, but just call her Mia haha, unless she's in trouble...hahaha) was worth the wait. Her health problems are long behind her and she's a healthy, happy little girl. She weighs about 5lbs now and loves to play with her brother, Mozart. In fact, she follows him around the house 24/7, sleeps with him, and tries to be with him always. She loves to cuddle and still suckles on your fingers at night. She just wants to be the baby. She's a wonderful little girl and the perfect little sister to Mozart. Since we knew her birthday was mid-July, we picked July 16th so we can give her a special day every summer. She's very, very vocal, almost carrying on conversations with you sometimes. Or she just walks around and emits a little "hmm..." like she's pondering the biggest question in the world. The excited growl she gets while playing with her favorite toy (furry white mouse) is very entertaining too. Love my little Mia!

Well here I am back in rescue. My mom loved me very much, but sometimes life throws you a curve ball and you just have to adjust. Right now I'm grumbling and
hissing and complaining about my change in circumstances. Give me a few days and my friendly, playful personality will shine once again.
My mom did say it takes me a while to warm up to new people. Once I get to know you I am very affectionate - on my terms. I am very playful - on my terms. She said I was the BEST companion - on my terms! Are you getting the picture?
I am also beautiful, a great eater, (maybe too great, I'm a little chunky), and perfect and neat in my litter box. I also use my cardboard scratcher faithfully.
Foster mom will fill in any other info as she gets to know me. Oh, and more pictures of my beautiful self will be coming as well.

The Missus has taken over,and loves the house of glass.If there is a bird that hits the glass,knocks itself unconscious,she sits there and watches it,and watches it,until it regains consciousness,and flies away..she has this look on her face that is so funny,then she walks away.There is less of the behavior that she wanted to play rough.I think that all of the time she spent in kennel,many people played with her,and played a bit rough,so that initially when we would go to her,she would do that STOP,DROP,AND ROLL behavior,and wanted to be petted,but if you did not just pet the back ridge,she would grab your hand and rabbit-kick your hand and arm,and her claws are like daggers.But we would just stop petting her and walk away,and she is losing that rough play tactic,and that is good.
For the Thanksgiving holiday we had family and a party of two,that we did not know,to join us.The Missus,walked around,got petted by all,and if she saw someone sitting,she would go to their feet and look up to them to get a pat on the head,then walk away.She knows this is her house,and she takes the place she wants,anywhere.I just am crazy about this wonderful find,for the both of us.

I'm a confident inqusitive meezer who is getting along with all the kitties here. I have good litter box habits and like to play. I like to be held and snuggled for a while, but then I want to go see what is going on in the room again. I love to help meowmy do chores, too. I inspect each litter box after she cleans them to make sure she didn't miss anything. Do you want a helper in your house? If so, I'm your man!

Notes from Home
The Major General went to the vet on the 23rd. He is healthy but overweight; we are working on that along with the rough housing kind of play he likes to engage in.. It is hard to refuse him food, and I do not, but try to space out the feedings. The vet thought the problem came from a long period of inactivity which is now over, as he has SammiBear to chase around the house and play with. (Which they do, a lot). Both boys are healthy and fine. We are getting to know each other.

Meowm took pity on me and took off my bumble bee costume and now I'm just a soft, handsome fellow again. I love to play, and sometimes get too rough, but I'm a good boy at heart. I'd be better in a home with out kids under 14 because of it, but I do love my lap time too!

SammiBear went to the vet on the 23rd and aside from a sneeze and some coughing (about which the vet is not concerned, thinking it will take care o;f itself, he is fine and healthy. He has put on some weight and handled the vet's visit well.

Notes from Home
Alexander, now Neko, has integrated wonderfully into our home. We found the slow integration process to work perfectly for our family, and he now stays out full-time with everyone. He especially loves his new big brother Bela, and they spend hours playing and wrestling. At the end of the day yesterday, we found Neko and Bela snuggling in one of the puppy beds, and Bela was grooming Neko so sweetly. Neko's personality is a perfect fit for our family, as he gives loving headbutts to all our kitties and is allowing them the time they need to get to know him - he never shows any signs of fear or aggression towards the other kitties, and never presses too hard for their attention. He already took a nap on the couch with his new big, big brother Pilgrim (our miniature schnauzer), so that relationship is growing wonderfully as well. We took him for his vet visit last week, and he was in perfect health. He is so full of love and affection, and we can't wait to watch him grow up and blossom in our home with his new family.

BRUTUS AKA BRU BLUE
I am a BIG BEAUTIFUL BLUE BOY if I dont mind saying so myself. I just love love people. Faces are made for head butts, and legs are made for rubbing. After purrs and petting time, I just relax and drape myself over the cat tree. Don't you know I really am just a big kitten boy at heart?
I do get carried away playing a little to hard, but I stop right away when told I am being to rough. Playing with the female house kitty here is really fun. She knows how to put me in my place when I get to pushy. So if you have a fun loving girl kitty in your house who you think will not be intimidated by my size, I would really like that. If not, then I can just be your best bud!

Merry Christmas! I cant believe we will have had Brutus for 6 years this February! Time flies. He is such a good cat still. Since I adopted him we have moved to a bigger house and he now has both a meezer sister and a meezer brother. He is such a big love bug and his only bad habit is a tendency to beg at dinner time. Some funny habits he has - there is 1 blanket he pulls off the bed and drags out of the bedroom when we leave the house,mic we catch him doing it while home he is usually meowing while tugging! He also has a stuffed bear that he likes to carry around the house, we call it his girlfriend and find it in different spots. Brutus also loves to lay on things, anything! He fits his large self on the smallest potholder or piece of paper. We joke that instead of the website stuffonmycat.com we should have Brutusonstuff.com! We still are not positive on his age, when we got him we were told he was 11yr 9 months but our vet thought he was more like 6 years, so he is somewhere between 12-17 years but still playful. We love Brutus and look forward to many more geezer years with him.

Hard to believe it has been a year that Noelle is with us. She is a daddy's girl and super friendly and playful. She remains an escape artist every chance she gets. We have come to believe that she had been a feral cat in the past and love the great outdoor. She eats well, has gained some weight and people who see her think that she is "gorgeous". She loves to bat her toys around and spend her nights on the upper step of the second floor but prefers the couch to nap during the day. I have attached 2 photos I took this morning. Noelle is doing great and is a loveable cat. She loves to play, respond to her name and loves to watch the birds through the window where there is a bird feeder. She is a climber and was jumping on the kitchen counter so I had to give her the spray bottle treatment. I don't know what she does when I am not home though. We had to isolate her in a room at night as she was waking us up at 4:00 in the morning, jumping on the bed, walking on us right to our face meowing. Now we have to watch carefully when we open the door to leave as she is so sleek that she escaped a couple of time outside without us ever noticing she had done it. Fortunately she did not venture too far and we were able to bring her back in. I guess she is just feeling the spring air and want to go out. We were wondering if she was used to go outdoor before we got her? All in all she makes Michael very happy and me very busy. She eats 1/4 of Science Diet canned food and about 3/4 of a cup of dry Avoderm a day. She absolutely love her toys and bat them around between extended naps. She is also a scratcher and beside her two scratching post she goes after the living room couch. We had her claws clipped to no avail. At pet smart they suggested we do it once a month.

Notes from Home
Tatum is doing well at home. We have changed her name to Viscountess. Our existing cat is the Prime Minister. The Viscountess was quite a crier and toe biter while in isolation. She spent intermittent time with us, our daughter, Prime Minister (Mini) and our dogs through the last week. She has proven to be quite adaptable to her environment and quickly became integrated with the household.
I am happy to report that as of Friday she is fully integrated with the house. She shows little regard to the dogs, is very tolerant of hugs and kisses from our daughter, and plays with Mini through out the day. Since Viscountess has been allowed to roam the house, Mini has ceased crying at night and has much more play time and activity than he had before.
We would like to thank everyone for the assistance and transportation of Vi. She is a perfect match for the house. Since becoming integrated she has stopped nipping at toes and seems perfectly content with the level of action in the house. She goes from playing with Mini, to being toted around by our daughter, to snuggling with a dog. At the end of the day she appears for a scratch on the tummy as well. I anticipate that since Mini and Vi are already playing and cleaning each other, they will be happy with each other for years to come.

Mysterious, hauntingly beautiful and she talks!
Mocha LOVES attention (headbutts, kisses and lots of petting); wants to be near, with, or on you! Gotta lap available?! She is slowly being integrated with my crew of six cats and is doing well. Mocha is a purehbred sealpoint siamese so will need an adopter familiar with the breed's talkativeness, curiousity and need to be with their human.
She would do best in home without young children (loud and rowdy scares her). Needs adopter who has time to spend with her and wants an interactive, talkative cat. I suspect she may be a very outgoing and curious cat once she's comfortable in her forever home.
Completely vetted, healthy and eager to find her very own home!

Notes from Home
It was a long ride to my forever home but my new meowmy talked to me softly and scritched my ears and chin throught the carrier door and I knewI was going to a loving home.
I spent my first week getting comfortable in my new place. Everyone at my new home is kind, attentive and talks to me all the time. I am enjoying all the new places to practice my balance..I am really good at the tops of the cupboards and the refrigerator. In the evenings I enjoying letting my new family sit with me on the couch and if they are good I let them scratch my chin and ears. Soon the kids will be home for Thanksgiving break and I am looking forward to more even more attention.
OH Yeah....I have already visited my new Vet and she pronounced me PERFECT!
I will send new pictures when I am a little less camera shy.

Well I have a new name fitting of my petite girly self, it is Mimi. I never responded to my old name anyway. I am so happy with my new family. Everyone wants to hold and talk to me. Toys are everywhere and every one want s to play. I am quite a good at fetch! It is sweet to sleep in a nice warm bed with two people that love me and keep me safe. Oh yes and I love to eat...I would snack all day if the bowl was refilled but my new family wants to keep me healthy so they weigh me and watch how much I am eating to keep me healthy. The college kids have been home and they are fun to talk to at night and early in the morning when they are trying to sleep in. Thank you all for helping me find this loving family...
