Hello everyone. just slowing my motor down a bit to say hi and tell you a bit about me. I'm Marcos, a sweet little flamepoint male looking for the perfect pitstall to call home. I've had my plumbing work done (you human call "neuter") and I'm ready to be on the move. I am a true lover, but my foster momma says I tend to cry a bit. But I'm so young I think it only comes from wanting a little attention and lots of love. I'm a strong guy, but am not crazy about traveling. Notes from Home
After 5 years in her forever home, Trixie is doing well. She still has some breathing issues. The Vet has diagnosed it as asthma and we are keeping it under control with meds. Trixie loves to be around her parents and likes to sleep between them at night and gets up in her mom’s lap on occasion. She’s a sweetie!

AMAZINGLY NICE BOY! Polite, tidy and very gentle, Rizzo has a sensitive nature and a quiet demeanor.
He is a gorgeous blue point male with excellent habits.
Rizzo is good with other cats and craves human company. Got an empty lap? Rizzo will be delighted to settle in and cuddle with you as you read or watch tv.
Rizzo would be ok with respectful dogs. He loves to watch the birds and squirrels out the window. Rizzo's ideal home would be with a family where someone was home most or all of the time.
Rizzo is purrfectly happy with other cats and enjoys sleeping on the bed with his foster brothers. He is not super needy and enjoys independent play, tag and "king of the mountain."

Rizzo has acquainted himself with the entire household and claimed his favorite spots for napping. At night, he heads for our bed as soon as we turn out the living room lights. We realize that we had a Rizzo-sized empty space in our lives that he has now lovingly filled. His favorite toys continue to be those fuzzy sticks (or pipe cleaners) that we curl up and throw for him to fetch back to us.
Rizzo and Bonnie often have their meals together and share birdwatching in the sunroom. For the most part, the two kitties are co-existing peacefully, often lying down near each other. Bonnie will still get in a mood and occasionally bring along the SWAT team, but it is silent and brief, especially if Rizzo lifts his mighty paw to send a message! We are enjoying his gentle, sweet nature, and his soft purring is so rewarding.
Thanks again to everyone at SCRC for matching us up so well!

Notes from Home
We welcomed Airelle to our home last August 8th, 2015. She was very reserved at first, but slowly she warmed up to us.
Nemo, our 3-year-old Seal Point Siamese fell in love at the first sight. After a week of isolation, Airelle is finally enjoying her new home completely. The first night together was incredible, i.e. playing and running around until 3:00am. Such a perfect match! She also visited our vet and received a clean bill of health.
Airelle is such an adorable kitten, great personality, very sweet. We love her.
Thank you to everyone who helped us during this process, especially the Meezer Express drivers, who had done such a wonderful and incredible job!

Time passed so fast. It's been a month ... Airelle is very happy and comfortable in her new home. Nemo, our male cat is delightfull with his new companion, playing and running around. Airelle is doing very well: 5.5lb, 5 months.

I can't believe it passed 6 months already... looks like it was yesterday when we got this little angel to our lives. Airelle was the best gift after we lost our 17 years-old female siamese cat. Airelle is always happy, plays all the time and a great companion for me, my husband and for Nemo.
Nemo loves her as everybody who met her. Airelle has been in a vet for regular check-ups and everything is great, 11.2lb. Thank you for all your support.

Today we are celebrating Arielle first Cativersary … Everybody is very happy: Nemo, my husband and I. I can't believe it’s been 12 months since this gorgeous meezer has been with us. She is very attached to our family, follow us around the house, plays with her toys and with Nemo. They are perfect to each other. Airelle has been visiting the vet for regular check-ups and everything looks great.

Airelle came to our lives 2 years ago, it's been 2 years of love with this sweet big little angel. She plays and prrr and talks around the house and with all members of this family (me, my husband and her big brother Nemo). All my friends love her. She is adorable!!! She is very healthy, has been visiting the vet every 6 months for regular check-ups.

I can't believe, it's been 3 years since we got the big angel Airelle into our lives. She has been a great companion for Nemo (another Siamese) and for me and my husband. She grow up until 3 years old. My vet thinks she probably has Himalayan in her DNA, she grow up until 3 years old and has 18.5 lb. She is a beautiful talkative and adorable cat. She is very healthy and everybody adore her.

My husband was bound and determined to change his name to Khal Drogo, since he and his sister are the Khal and Khaleesi of the house. But I loved that their foster mom had named him Jorah because he was Dany's protector so we compromised with Drogon, in honor of her still-faithful dragon who swept her up out of the fighting pits of Mereen to save her. He has been her loyal servant since the first day they came home. He explored the room and reported back to her that it was ok. He showed her where the litter box and the food were and explored both first so she would know they were safe. He takes great care of his sister and is a first-class snuggler. He recently discovered the couch and blankets and is a big fan of both! He is very loved and happy in his new home :)
9/8/15 Today is Drogon's one-month gotcha day! He is eating so much and growing so fast, which is awesome because he's strong and healthy. He's mama's cuddle bug for sure and is happiest on my lap with a nice fluffy blanket. His points are getting so bright and although he was always adorable, he gets more beautiful every day. He is such a loveable, playful guy and we couldn't have asked for a more wonderful addition to our home.
We just celebrated our two-month anniversary with the kitties! Drogon is the softest, sweetest kitty I've ever seen. He's recently adopted a fleecy blanket that he smurgles and it's really adorable. He's getting so big and his beautiful little face gets darker every day. He his sister are so very loved and we're so thankful they're here with us!
Wow, I just got an email saying it's been 6 months since our babies came home to us! They are such beautiful, playful, joyful kitties and they are getting SO big, SO fast. They are happy and healthy and absolutely loved. When they first came home to us, we thought Drogon would be our little troublemaker. Boy, were we wrong! Daenerys is actually the one we have to keep an eye on, into everything, onto everything, and so adorable we can't help but laugh. Dro is still a total snuggle bug and the more chatty of the two. Anytime I pick Dany up for snuggles, Dro sits at my feet and yells because he's jealous!
8/8/16 it's Drogon's first cativersary with us! He is the softest, fluffiest, snuggliest, sweetest cat in the universe. He is Mama's boy for sure and he follows me around all day. He has the most irresistible sky blue eyes so he pretty much gets whatever he wants. He loves playing with his toys and chasing bugs!
8/8/18 I can't believe this is Drogon's 3rd Gotcha Day! He's still the sweetest, chattiest, snuggliest guy and he's so big. He loves being held, laying on laps, and getting belly rubs. He's such a happy guy and we love him so much.

All in the Family! Sibling to Pookie and ChaCha, I arrived here coming out of a home with a gazillion cats, and am surprisingly well adjusted and loving. As a matter of fact, none of us can stop purring! I like to talk as well, particularly during car rides.... More as we settle in! I need to go with a friend, that's for sure, I love other cats!

Notes from Home
7 Year Update: Even now, Puddy's still easily startled and shy around people, but we really have made so much progress together over the years. Instead of it taking days to come out from hiding when new people arrive, it only takes a couple of hours. Progress.
He's also been a challenge, medically, with all the issues that come with being Siamese. In the last couple of years, he's been more prone to allergies during spring pollen season but thus far, nothing we haven't been able to manage with judicious, targeted medication. We're all relieved when the season is over.
He's also developed *extreme* food allergies, in particular, to fish. And beef. And poultry. :/ This took a LONG time to solve, since even traces of salmon oil or green mussel in food (for the oil factor) triggered serious itching and skin irritation. After quite a bit of work, we've narrowed it down to a very limited diet, his fur is coming back and he's less irritable (and who wouldn't be, if you were itching *all the time*). We keep a close watch on him and thus far, we've been managing without medication. Hopefully, we can keep it that way.
Otherwise, a happy, healthy and demanding Siamese companion. Who's finally learning about the joys of talking to me, seven years in. :D
Puddy's been with me now 15 months and he's just been a wonderful friend. Still shy, he hides when new people stop by, but instantly responds to encouraging tones of voice. He plays with toys now *constantly*, fetching them from all over the house to bring them to me to play. I wake up to a collection on or dropped near my bed. He's such a joy, seems very happy to be here and I'm so equally happy to have him.
Dimitri - now "Puddy" has settled in fantastically! Softvoiced, he's become quite the social boy, following me everywhere. He's also morphed from the kitten that didn't know how to play to King Destroyer of Feathertoys and Torturer of Mousetoys.
As predicted, he is subordinate to the resident Siamese diva, Arwen. They bonded incredibly well, and she only needs to keep him in place every once in a blue moon.
I'm truly happy to have him in the house. He's a love bug.

ASHLEIGH
Boy, have I had a rough couple of weeks!
Somehow, I ended up on the streets of Washington County. When I finally got to the shelter I had so many fleas and bites that I got a skin rash and my beautiful hair started to fall out:( The nice people at the shelter got rid of the fleas and gave me medicine for my rash. Now my fur is starting to grow back, but some of it is darker than it used to be and still pretty short. Foster mom says it gives me "character" whatever that is!
So what I need now more than anything is my very own forever home where I can stay and become my beautiful self again.

Notes from Home
It has been a rough two days, but I know things will improve with time. My three cats are traumatized by the intruder, Ashleigh. Now that SHE sleeps on me at night, the others stay away. Raja and Saki are now hissing madly at each other...why, I don't know. Raja stays behind the couch where I feed him. Saki hisses and runs in desperate fear from Ashleigh. After a day and night, Sienna and Ash watch each other carefully without hissing now. Ashleigh bit (a bad bite) and scratched me in anger while playing, so I am careful about holding a toy while playing. She has tender moments and for no reason gets antsy. The photo of them eating, is the first time today that they ate "together" and I put their dishes at a distance from each other. I write the problem issues to show that adjustment takes some time...as long as we are all patient. Whew!
9/7/11 Things are much better, but not great YET. Now Ash sleeps by herself and the other three are back upstairs with me. Saki still tries to get her to play, but she screeches and fends him off. Raja growls but they drink from the bathroom faucet without a problem. They eat well together. Ahleigh still gets antsy in the mornings and plays "rough" (we don't allow hard bites); she sleeps on the couch and chair (her spots), as though she always belonged. Her fur is all back now and she is more of a "people" cat than a cat cat. Hangs around my feet and walks on the computer keys as soon as I get on. She may have been on the streets longer than we suspect because she does have anger issues (survival modes) and is more of a loner. She has a home now.
1/8/12 Ashleigh is part of the family (in her own way). She is still a bit of a recluse and will not bond with the other three cats. The 2-year-old male taunts her at least once a day and she lets out a scream with her ears down...does not attack back. She does not play with the laser beam, the feather or any other toys...nor does she run with the others. She sleeps on/by me at night (and all the others are back on the bed now too) and on my lap at TV time. I have been feeding her regular food for a couple of months now and her fur feels and looks good. She lets me massage/pet/hold her without a problem. I still think she is older than three, or just mentally challanged. Her eyes are still and very sad even though the vet said the blood work shows a healthy cat. Nevertheless...she is home. Thank you.
8/20/12 Ashleigh is about as fine as she will be. Still reclusive, but it works for all of us. She tries playing for about a minute with me and at times with one of the cats. We're all happy here.
8/5/13 Ashleigh (now renamed Spooky because of her personality) is still a loner. She will be vicious "under the influence" of catnip, so that is a no-no for her. After cortisone treatments every few months, and now no treatments at all and without making any food/environmental changes, her skin problems have subsided (which leads me to believe she could not handle stress). She now knows she is safe and loved, so we are all fine with our situation.
8/6/14 Spooky is 50 percent improved! She had chewed off the end of her tail; the vet bandaged it until we could get the operation; she pulled it off and chewed off more tail. I suggested they remove the entire tail, which they did. An evil spirit must have been living in the tail all these years. She is not antsy, not chewing her skin, okay with catnip, and slowly interacting with the others. She even tried to play with a toy for a minute. A nice lap cat. And most importantly, she now has blue eyes. For three years, I could not see the blue unless I held her in the light...the eyes were always dilated and black, as though she was anxious or high. Now she is relaxed and content. Love it! No pics right now.
8/7/16 Spooky is enjoying her life here. She is more relaxed and content. The male trouble-maker does not bother with her very much anymore and she keeps to herself all the time. She has a regular routine and seems to enjoy that...a little dish of milk every morning. I give her a lot of love and attention; she looks at me once and a while. Seriously, she is doing fine. Tried to upload a photo, but it didn't work.
8/6/17 Now that Spooky and I have a better understanding of each other, we fall into our routines without issues. She still has the "stare", but her eyes are now blue instead of all black. She still is a loner and wants no part of any other cat...just me. She is probably the most intelligent cat I have had...she knows exactly what she wants and when...and I provide.
8/5/18 Spooky is intelligent and loving in her own way. She sleeps beside me at night...when she pleases. She waits for her food...but also calls for it. Still the loner. It is like having a stuffed animal...no real maintenance, just fluff her up, trim her nails, and give her a kiss. She does not prefer any attention from me or the other cats. I give her a B-12 shot monthly to keep up her spirits and a steroid shot a couple of times a year for her skin issues. Other than that...we get along.

I'm outgoing and very people friendly! I have to be on special food to help with a little errrhhmm issue I have, but I feel great on it, so easypeasy. Foster mom says that I'm a gorgeous blue point. I think I'm pretty handsome myself too! Guess what? I think other cats are just fine. And dogs might be OK too. Check out my new video to see me playing!

I am long overdue in providing an update on this wonderful boy as I've had him over a year. We definitely both had some adjustment issues the first few weeks, but we worked through it and he is such a sweet and loving cat. He absolutely loves people, and can be a bit too assertive in immediately seeking attention from strangers which startles even cat-lovers. He has one bad little habit of nipping at people's calves, not an aggressive act but more attention-seeking.
He's always waiting on me when I get home, stretching up onto my legs wanting pets. He follows me everywhere, sits on my lap or next to me, and sleeps with me. I think he would enjoy a feline companion also but just haven't found the right match yet.
He continues to be on prescription food as he had urinary crystals prior to my adopting him, he has not had further issues during my time with him but my vet recommends keeping him on prescription food for life.
I'd like to thank everyone involved in helping with his adoption, and also thanks to Siamese Rescue for being a wonderful organization.

I can be your own special cinnamon girl, and I'll make you soooo happy. I'm a super sweet and loving lilac point/lynx point with cinnamon pads and a cinnamon nose. Mom only had me for 10 minutes before she put me on 'adopt me'... she says I'm that special and that good :-)

Cinnamon is doing great. She is getting along fine with the dogs, and stands her ground with them when they are in the same space. She sleeps at the foot of my bed wrapped around my husAugustbands big size 13 feet. She doesn't like to be held unless its on her terms, but she is getting used us and seems quite comfortable. She has the sweetest little meow, and is very quite. She still likes fancy feast and I'm trying to mix in the more nutrious wet food but.... We are working on it
