Notes from Home
I can't believe Ms. Zoey has been with me a whole month. She is so sweet. I just love her to pieces. When I pet her she responds with vigorous purring and kneading. She is very beautiful and dignified. That is why I refer to her as Ms. Zoey. I don't want her to think I'm too fresh. She has handled the "other cats" problem by declaring them all non-existant. So far, this technique is working well.
My vet was very impressed with the vet report you sent with her. He said you did everything he would have done if he had done the initial veteranary work himself. Thank you for your kindness and thoroughness.
5-17-12: Zoey has settled right in. She hasn't made friends with any of the other cats, just ignores everyone. She sleeps with me under the covers and purrs and is a great comfort as I fall asleep. She's everything I could wish for. She's just PERFECT.
Zoey passed away on 6-20-12 from large mass in her intestine. I'm heartbroken.

CHLOE
Velcro kitty? What's that? That's what fostermom calls me. Maybe it is the way I climb all over her and lie on her and just want her attention. I am petite and quite gorgeous! I am attached to my companion, Katsu VA5700. We have been together for a long time and he needs me. Fostermom assures us we don't have to worry about being separated. We have had enough going on in our short lives to worry about that too! If you are ready for two exquisite cats, ask about us.
Notes from Home
July 12, 2012: Dear petite little Chloe. We celebrate 4 wonderful years together today. Shestill hasn't lost her kittenhood cuteness and she knows it...and she knows how to use it to her advantage. She is simply adorable.

CRYSTAL
What are you, totally nuts? Get with the program. Check out my video, after having moved to the Center, taken 2 hours after arrival. Can you spell Easy Going? You're right, that's a tough one to spell - you need a degree in loving Meezer Females! Get your finger clicking, because it does not get better than this!

We absoutely adore Crystal. She brings a different meaning to appreciation.
Crystal ahs adapted very well. Seh continues to steal Buxton's food but is healthy as can be. We had atooth removed last fall but her spring doctor vist was perfect. She maintians her 'healthy' weight but has not gained any more, so that is good. She is energetic and loving. She actually waits for me as I shower and dress in the moring. I like to think she waits for me but in actuallity she knows I feed her breakfast and dinner so I'm the go-to-guy. It's all good. Crystal sit with me on the couch, is by my side in my offce and at the foot of my bed every night. She purred very loudly the other morning as I scratche dher head; a first for her! That is how I know she is content with us.
What else can I say except she is loved to pieces and makes our house a home.
Tom&Deb

Crystal has adapted very well. She is part of our life as if she were born in this house. She and Buxton get along very well. They play every night chasing each other through every part of the house utilizing all three floors. She gained a tremendous amount of weight [about 2 pounds] last winter when our pet sitter filled her bowl with food for the long holiday weekend in January. Our pet sitter was accustomed to Buxton’s petit style of eating and I did not make it clear that Crystal needs to have her food portioned for her. She tends to eat Buxton’s leftover’s so we keep an eye her now. She’s lost some of that weight but it’s tough to get her down to her svelte pre-kittens size.

We absolutely adore her! That tongue is hilarious and we have gotten many comments regarding it on her Catbook page on FaceBook. She is so cute and snuggly. She thrives on attention and gets mad at me when I don’t spend time with her every day. She does hold grudges after being reprimanded, just like a spoiled child. As seem by the attached pictures, she has made herself @ home. She sleeps almost every night @ the foot of our bed in a bed and waits every morning for us to finish in the bathroom to join us down stairs in the kitchen for breakfast.

She does know her name and is beginning to respond to my other nicknames, ‘Baby Kins’ or ‘Monkey Face’. She greets me @ the door every night when I come home from work. I truly adore her and can’t imagine her not being part of my life. Deb and I are thrilled with her. I wanted to adopt another kitty b/c you have so many needing home but Debs says no. L

Just wanted you to know that we love her, she has a great home, and I honestly think she is very content. She wants for nothing…except more attention and more food!

Take Care.

So what's up with that? You don't like this mug shot? You don't want someone to be near your side, loving you, talking to you, interacting with you? Really?

You're right then, you're not for me! Cuz I am looking for a close relationship, friend to friend, mind to mind, soul to soul.

Eats, drinks uses the liltter box, really doesnt care much for wet food, I have tried several varieties, but doesnt take more than a couple of bites. JOEY
Just arrived and not a lot is known about me. I do seem to depend on my companion/sibling Kokoro. We both love people but are a little shy right now. We've had a lot going on in a short time and we have a lot on our minds. We would like to go home together.

11 Jul Update: Had to take Morpheus to the Vet. Looking so poor, he is running a fever and has an eye infection. He has been placed on oral and eye antibiotics. He will have a followup visit on Monday to see how the medicine is working. Have to make sure he is eating plenty and drinking plenty of water. Will probably mix in some water with his wet food to make sure he is getting plenty.

Day 1 Update: After a very long trip to my new home.. I finally made it here, to only be stuck in the master bathroom. It is a big bathroom, but man, there is a whole house to explore. I love playing with my new family members.. but I am not sure about my new sister.. she keeps hissing at me from the other side of the door. I hope she cuts that out soon, I would love to have a new friend to run around, and show me the ropes in this big new house, when they finally let me out. More updates later..

BELLADONNA
What a love I am. I follow the foster pawrents around the house. I meet and greet them with lots of conversation. I am just asking them where they have been and what they are planning to do. I think they should give me their schedule so I will know when they are coming and going. I love to sit in foster moms desk chair and will sit behind you and share the chair. I want to be petted and loved and I am not aggressive in any way.

My left eye had something happen when I was a little kitten and it is cloudy. You can't see it that much in my pictures and doesn't hinder me in any way. My loving personality will make you forget all about that.

If you want a cat who talks to you, loves you, and will keep you company than I am the right cat for you. Just ask foster mom all about me. Bella

Notes from Home
Miss Belladonna (Bella, as her fosters called her, and as we have continued) has fully adopted US as her family--her two human household staff, and her "brother in fur" Puck, the little Lynx-Point rescue kitty we have raised from his 3rd month). She and Puck are still sorting out status, but are about as happy as any two kitties usually are when they are settling into a sibling relationship. Bella is a doll. I cannot imagine why anyone wouldn't want her sharing their lives.

10 July 2012:
Bella is our beloved girl kitty now, and she and Puck are fast buddies and siblings. They run our lives, and we are delighted to have both of them do it. Bella is going to be a permanent "pudge," however--a BIG kitty who is just slightly overweight. We think she decided that after a too-long time on the streets, she would never be hungry again, although she doesn't really eat that much (of her "light" food). She has also darkened a great deal, probably because she has reached the age at which meezers take on their adult coloring. She burbles at us all the time, as well as at Puck, and occasionally meows when she really wants something. She has yet to come out with a true meezer yowl, although she can (an has) wail--when she gets in a car. She LOVES to be on the screened porch, even when it's very hot, as she's watching all the birds and squirrels constantly. She and Puck play and tussle all the time--two young cats having great fun with each other. Ironically, while both of them sleep with us part of the time (especially if cold or lonely), they do not seem to want to sleep together.

I've attached a couple of pictures: one of Bella just today, and one a couple of months ago, parked across her "Daddy's" lap. When it's not too hot, she does like to park on both of us.

Notes from Home
"Max" continues to be a source of constant entertainment and companionship for the entire family. He HAS to be around people...often following us from room to room, supervising EVERYTHING we do. He is into everything and continues to love to play with toys and play fetch. He still hasn't learned that the striped fuzzy object that he chases almost daily is his tail and is attached to himself!!!

We all love and adore Max.....he has been such a perfect addition to our family, including our first Siamese Rescue Lily. He respects her role as Queen of the house but that does not stop him from engaging her in play on a daily basis.

He has had chronic gum/teeth issues but recently was diagnosed with and treated for Bartonella and we have seen a huge improvement in his oral health!

TITUS
First Prize: Tied for Best Black Lab Imitation

Trouble I am not! Fun loving I am! As brother Toby said, if you've got some of those d*gs, we'd be delighted to come live in your home. And if you don't? Then I'll practice my fetching and tail wagging skills, and we'll be black labs for you! And we're a woofer, I mean two-fer, of a deal! We are everything a family needs when starting out, or restarting, their feline family. All those endearing Siamese qualities- vocal, curious, interactive, friendly. meet and greet, laid back, devoted, affectionate - need I say more?
Notes from Home
I go by Titus now, though trouble is definitely my game. Doing great, though I am still a bully, and very worried about where my next meal is coming from.
