I'm a tenderhearted guy with a lot of love to give. I'd enjoy a laidback environment ....I am integrated with the dogs and other kitties here. I like to play and observe but never cause trouble.

I am confident so being your one an only fellow would work just fine too as long as I have lots of toys!

Great manners of course.... hoping I can bring in the new year in my first real forever and ever home!

Hello rescue angels and friends,

Chili (now Chai) is thriving! I uploaded a picture of what he looked like when the rescue angels got him out of the shelter and what he looks like today. It's a powerful image about the difference that you (and adopters) make. I posted it on my Facebook page with a note asking people to consider adopting a shelter pet.

He's a very sweet guy. There's something very down to earth about him. If he was a person he would wear flannel shirts and secretly watch sappy movies. His tastes are simple; his needs few. He loves attention and immediately rolls over if you say his name. He's a big purr machine. He eats whatever you give him. He seems very grateful for what he has, if you know what I mean.

He and his two "siblings", Leo and Zuzu, get along very well. Chai's the big groomer of the group and makes sure everybody's face is clean at all times!

As you can probably tell, I love him to pieces. His easygoing nature is a good counterpoint to Zuzu's playful energy and Leo's adventures on the highest objects in the room.

Thanks for bringing us together!

Hello again, Siamese Rescue Angels!

Chai is continuing to thrive. He is such a sweet boy! He waits at the foot of my chair for me to invite him up. He's very smart too. I feed them mostly canned food. In the evening we have a little thing where if the boys finish their food, I will give them some crunchy food, which they think is a big treat. (Zuzu doesn't get to play this game since she is such a chow hound I have to feed her in another room). They finish their dinner, and then Chai comes to me. I ask him if he finished his dinner, and he'll lead me to his dish to check. If he hasn't finished I'll say to him: "You didn't finish your dinner. Eat up your dinner, Chai!" And he does! It's so funny.

He's a mellow guy, something I'm not used to after a lifetime of Siamese. But once in awhile, he channels his inner Meezer and lets out a loud, demanding meow. He's getting better with visitors. He used to disappear, but now he will go up to them, but he doesn't want them to pet him. The pet sitter reports that he now gets in her lap, though.

Chai, Zuzu, and Leo are my little family and I am so fortunate that they get along great and are such wonderful cats.

Thank you again,

(Last update: Feb 28th, 2015 10pm)

Jamie and Gigi are thriving - and adorable! We had them to our vet on Thursday. Gigi weighed 3 lbs, 15 oz. and Jamie 3 lbs. 7 oz. The vet declared them healthy - and adorable!
Jamie was actually the first one to allow me to pet her (actually slowing down enough to be petted), but Gigi also likes to be petted. Both of them greet me when I come into their room and purr.
They have several favorite toys, but their favorite remains the GoCat. They are especially cute when one of them has finally "captured" the mousie and tries to walk off triumphantly with it.
I'll try to add some pictures, if my technological skills allow.
So long for now.

Oh dear..I feel like I've checked into Hotel California and may never leave.

It's okay here and I am safe....that's all good but I am on my 3rd season (arrived in the Spring) and ready for a loving home. I am visually challenged but an affectionate, sweet and appreciative gal with simple needs.

My simple needs: a nice lap to sit next too....one floor, no swimming pools (I haven't learned to swim yet), wide open space without lots of clutter to trip over and bump into, smaller living area and an open litterbox (I have never missed either).

Ask...I'm ready to check out!

Notes from Home
The first few days she hid under the bed in the guest room but would come and visit me if I laid down on the bed. She peed and pooped on the bed after two days. We confined her into the bathroom (we had gated off access from the guest room to the bathroom for her) and she used the box. At that point I pretty much opened up the house to her and she's made nesting spots in the living room, hiding spaces in the bedroom, and she's used the litter box consistently every since in the spare bathroom. She's doing great. She sleeps with me on my bed at night and she will give John love but leave him alone (exactly what he had hoped for). She's wonderful. Everyone loves her to bits. I've attached a photo of her.

Interesting note: during the day, on some days, her eyes are NOT fully dialated and she can at least see contrasts or shadows. I waved my hand above her head and she looked up at it. I believe most days she cannot see, but some days she can see at least light and dark variations.

Hola! I'm a Spanish speaking Meezer looking for a new home, a home that has lots of laps, love, and attention! I've been here five minutes and let's see, I've purred up a storm, made lots of 'tortitas', waved at the camera, and gave kisses! They don't get much more loving than me :) and I am 10 pounds of absolute adoration!
Notes from Home
2/28/15 Emma is happy and healthy after our move to Japan in August 2013. She's such a quirky, sweet cat, though sometimes overshadowed by her companion, Henrik VA8339. She's a little heavy right now, but she loves to play and frequently asks for her favorite toy (we had to lock it up because she was carrying it around the house and I was afraid she's tear it up and accidentally ingest something). She's affectionate on her terms, but when she's ready, look out! She's a love lump!

12/18/11 Emma has become a real snuggler! She's not really a lap girl yet (but it has happened a few times) but she loves to snuggle up next to me and really loves getting between my husband and I on the couch! She's doing great! About a month ago, her anal glands became rather full and one developed an abscess. She was a real trooper at the vet and seemed to know the vet was trying to help even through the painful shaving and draining of the abscess. She's all better and has even lost a little weight. She's right up next to me as I type this!

9/25/11 We celebrated Emma's first year with us on Sept 4th! We love her more every day. She survived eating a lilly flower last month and we are so grateful! She came through it and I think she realized that we are her family and not going to leave her. She's so special to us. We have been concerned she's not getting enough company, so we would like to find her a boyfriend!

3/28/11 Emma is really coming into her own. She's a bit heavy, but we've cut down her intake and she's gradually losing the weight. The extra weight seemed to make her knee act up- the vet calls it a "luxating patella" or trick knee and he thinks she always had one, but it got worse when she got heavy. But it seems to be getting better. We give her a joint supplement too. She still lives to eat, but she's more relaxed now and we have her on a pretty regular feeding schedule. She's very affectionate and sometimes licks my face when she's really happy. She still sleeps on her happy spot on my side of the bed, but she will occasionally come up next to me and sleep there for a few minutes. We're trying to develop her voice. She makes chirpy, clucky noises all the time, but she meows at night after we turn out the lights (always with a toy in her mouth). She will also occasionally meow before meals and we're encouraging it. She has such a cute voice, not yowling, so my husband and I just melt every time she talks. She always runs to the door to greet us when we come home. I think she really feels at home. We're thinking of getting another kitty. She's such a smart, funny kitty- I never want her to feel lonely!

12/22/10 We love Emma so much! She's been with us for almost 4 months and she fills our lives with meezer happiness. She's starting to use her voice now, more than ever. it's usually associated with food, but we're happy she's branching out from her usual chirping. I've had to be out of town, but in my absence, she's been very direct and brave with my husband. She jumps up on the couch with him and nudges him for a pet. One day I hope she'll be comfortable sitting on the couch next to me or on my lap (a girl can dream...).

10/21/10 Emma makes strides every day. Last night she came up from the foot of the bed to snuggle next to me for 5 minutes. She did that a few nights ago as well. Right afterwards she ran and scratched her post. I think she's had some rough times in her past, but I know she's happy today.

10/4/10 Emma is settling in very well. Her personality develops each day. She is a real licker and a motorboat (her purr is so loud!). She has her own little spot below my feet on the bed that she usually sleeps on. She has the funniest obsession with socks! She carries them around in her mouth and meows all the while. She does this at night, after we've gone to bed, and also when she wants more attention. It makes my husband and I laugh so hard! She also has a very long tongue that she will leave sticking out a bit, especially when she's giving herself a bath. She is such a dignified kitty that her tongue seems the epitome of goofiness! She loves to sit by the window and watch the trees and the birds and her favorite toy is a peacock feather! She will chase it for hours on end. We had to buy replacement feathers- she made short work of the first feather that the SCRC gave us when we first got her. I think she loves the apartment. She has several cozy spots she loves. She also greets us at the front door when we come home. She gets so excited. We love her so much!

If you're looking for a special Meezerette, then I'm your girl! Just in time for Valentine's Day! I've got a beautiful blue point coat to go with my huge blue eyes, and a tail that curls over my back so-so cute says Foster Meown. She's figured out my secret: I'm a first generation Exotic Shorthair, as along with my Siamese genes, there are a few Himalayan-Persian ones.

I landed in the shelter in northern Vermont back in November after being found outside. After Christmas, I got accepted into SR. Now I'm a poised, petite 7 pounds, and full of kitten-like energy. I like to play, play, play! Meown loves the way I use the bed as a trampoline! I've met two of the Meezer Boyz here, and they're OK. I like exploring, and being with people. I do have my moods, but they disappear quickly. Meowm also says that while I might like a young boy Meezer to play with, it's best that I be your one and only while we get acquainted. Could I please be your Valentine girl?

Notes from Home
Ophelia has been a delightful addition to our family. Nine years later, she has definitely mellowed and is no longer as playful as when we adopted her, but neither are her parents! We kept her name as Ophelia, which seems very appropriate because she loves to stand under the faucet, in the tub, sink, or wherever, and is definitely not afraid of the water! She has stayed in excellent health, and we hope she will have many happy years ahead of her.

Hey, guess what, guys? I might be learning this "appropriate interaction" thing. Foster mom says I need to keep learning my manners. But I already know how to be loveydovey and to reach up to you for affection and rub all over you. Oh that swat? I'm not supposed to do that? Oops! OK, well, I'll see what I can do about that. Foster mom says I'm a project. Well, of course I am! I require your undying love and affection. And I'm outgoing and athletic and affectionate and busy and ... and... Oh, and she forgot my stunning good looks, too. How can you resist a face like mine? I'm the Rocky Balboa of seal point snowshoes! You *can* tell I'm handsome seal point and white and not just your run of the mill black and white moozer, right?

See how loviedovie I can be in my latest video. And guess what I'm learning? I'm learning to wear a harness and leash! And on my short explorations out in the living room today on my harness, I met the dog again, and I did OK. Shhh don't tell anyone.

I'm one of those cats that would probably be best as an only cat, but if you have another cat who will just let me do my own thing, that works, too. As long as I have youuuuu.
Notes from Home
Kane is thriving in his new home. All family members (4) love giving him attention, affection, and play time. He has added two to three pounds, so he is approximately 15-16 pounds now. His day consists of sleeping in, head butting, occasional biscuit making, chasing small, noisy balls, greeting any visitors to the house, cat tree siestas ,and did I mention clawing my favorite chair. Oh, and eating healthy food, also. He is a wonderful cat and we would like to add that he was deemed a project cat. Anyone who might not think they want to take a chance on a project cat should definitely reconsider. With Rinn and Peggy's help and the wonderful Siamese Cat Rescue Center, we are so fortunate to have Kane to bring us so much joy.

Well, Kane's been living here in Delaware with us for one year now. He's had healthy check ups at the Vet. and really doesn't seem to mind visiting him. Kane is up to 17 pounds so we are making sure he gets play time to help him keep his "muscular physique". He has been a great addition to our household and we count ourselves lucky to have him. I hope everyone enjoys his pictures (thanks to Carlee).

I've been here for a couple ofweeks now and I am out and about in the house. I tolerate the houseful of females but they are rather old...and sort of boring. The dogs...I'm quite curious about those two! I'm an active (accomplished high jumper), playful, and foster mom calls me Sassypants.

I do weave in and out of her feet and follow her while chatting away. I just want to be sure she gets the instructions correct...thats all! I don't care to be picked up--but love to interact with you!

I am definitely a tree dwelling type of girl....want to see things from above. I'd probably enjoy a playful brother. If not, you can play with me with that toy on a pole...I can jump several feet and land on all 4!

Traveling...I tolerated the 8 hour transport to my foster mom in North Florida really well so FL, GA, SC works purrfectly.

Notes from Home
03/19/2012: Andy allowed Sheila to pick her up and hold her for a few minutes.

Sunday March 4, 2012 - Andy has been adjusting slowly, she will rub against my legs & allow me to pet her with my foot, but still can't touch her with hands. She just LOVES playing with the feather cat toy and jumps at least 2 feet off the ground when chasing it.

We allowed her out 2 days ago and she has been exploring the house and other 4 cats. Yesterday she had a hissy/growly standoff with Mai-Thai - the lilac point. Mai-Thai so intimidated Andy that she hasn't come out of the room today yet.

So, progress and setback. In other words pretty normal for cats getting to know each other.

March 17th - Andy continues to make strides forward. She has been out & about and now comes into the main house multiple times a day. Her 'sanctuary' room is still top of her comfort zone however. She has stopped batting at our hands, but still is leery of a pick-up - although we have all held her briefly since we got her. When Teresa said she was a climber she wasn't kidding! The other day we went looking for her and finally a small meow drew our eye to the top of the kitchen cabinets. SURPRISE! She then jumped from the cabinets to a plant shelf across the aisle and was just so proud of herself. Pictures of her are enclosed.

March 26th - 1 month anniversary. Andy is on the floor rubbing against my leg as I type this. She is doing beautifully as are 2 of the other cats. The last 2 still get big tails and hiss when they see her but no overt aggression. We put Andy's collar on her last week - it has her chip info and and identification tag with name and numbers - all our cats wear one. Andy acted as if it were no big deal, so we expect she had worn one before.

Her latest 'toy' is the DVD drawer as it moves in and out! It is a hoot watching her stalk it and then jump back when it comes out. And so we just move it in & out, in & out again for her.

Andy is now using the regular litter pans so we have done away with her small one. As a matter of fact she rarely goes into the safe room anymore. She prefers to sit on a chair in the breakfast room from which she can survey her dominion (and watch for the other cats). And she still 'vultures' us from the top of the cabinets.

In short she is adjusting marvelously to us as are the other cats to her.

April 12th 2012 - Andy is now a full-fledged member of the family. She is first at the food bowls, and first for midnight treats. And the other cats don't seem to mind! She is also an educator. She has taught Mai-Thai how to climb up to the plant shelf. Well, maybe it is because Mai-Thai is chasing her, but the result is the same. Andy still isn't a lap kitty, much to my disappointment. She allows herself to be held, but leaves at the first opportunity. BUT - she comes to me when I call her name, and she rubs against my legs and sleeps near me in the family room and dining room. She sits with me on the bed when I am dressing. In short, she has bonded with me and we are now one. Ah JOY!

April 24th 2012 - Andy continues to integrate. She is now playing (briefly) with Nikko & Mai-Thai. Run, chase me, hide, and minimal hissy/growly now. Ashes couldn't care less, she growls at them all and just lays there as if to say " I see you and you'd better see me". Koko on the other hand is still being a pill. Came home and there was a furball in her mouth (NOT her own) so we know she & Andy are still working out their issues. It is so hard not to side with one or the other, but in the long run they each have to work it out. Sigh . . .

Still working on making Andy a lap cat. Working being the operative word there.

2 May 2012 - tonight Andy jumped into my lap - one second she was nowhere to be seen, and the next she is in my lap.Whereupon she laid down, purring. I WAS THRILLED! ! ! ! ! She soon jumped off as a noise startled her, but she came right back up, and in fact did it a third time. And tonight she & Nikko were play-chasing around the house.

May 14th 2012 - today was Andy's introduction to her 'rolling' furrever home. We left for Maine this AM and although we had had Andy in a vehicle before, none of us were sure how she would react to an RV. Not to mention Koko and her in VERY close proximity. And with no above-cabinet places to hide.

She was a real TROOPER! ! ! ! Not a peep, no nervous running back & forth, just curious sniffing, and a meow (quiet) when we stroked her. She would disappear for a time - we think she got on the bed - but was back soon asking for more scratching. And the other kitties respected her space as she did theirs. Whew! That is a real load off our mind. Miles of smiles ahead!

6-6-2012 - Andy continues to adapt to her 'rolling' home. Now that we are parked for the summer she has discovered American Goldfinches darting back & forth in from of HER window. She has adopted a space on the desk as her own so we have provided a fleece blanket for her there. She can lie on it and see out the window and keep up on all the happenings with the gulls & crows.

I did have to make one small modification to the window screens after we discovered Andy had learned how to slide them opened, and was half-way out onto the awning arm (8 feet off the ground)! So all screens are screwed shut. Let's see you figure that one out!

All of the kitties are getting along splendidly except for Koko who continues to be contrary. But even those episodes are getting fewer & farther between.

Andy has begun leaping into my lap for scratchies! ! ! ! ! ! Yippeeeeeee. Patience, patience.

8-1-2012 - Can't believe it has been so long since my last update. Andy now sleeps on the bed at (on) my feet each night, and naps with me during the day. She jumps onto my lap for loving frequently but still can;t be considered a 'cuddle' kitty - yet. Andy & Koko still have their moments but calming collars seem to have made a big difference. All the other cats have accepted her unconditionally.

I mounted a hummingbird feeder onto the side window of the RV and Andy considers the birds her cat TV. She chatters at them and puts her nose nearly on the window - and the birds couldn't care less. I am trying to get a picture of them but so far I haven;t gotten a good one because of light problems etc. Will keep trying.

9-12-2012 Six month update, and all is going swimmingly. Andy has adapted well, albeit she is still very skittish. Her battles with Koko have calmed down, and although they are definitely not BFF's, they are coexisting. Andy sleeps hard up against me most nights, and at nap time. In fact. she is my shadow most days, where I go, she isn't far behind.

We are still on the road and will be until around November 1, but are looking forward to returning to the Meezer Express Network. MEEZERS are the best!

9-26-2012 Andy & Beakie are now playing together, as are she & Squeeky. Hide under the chair and bat bat bat seems to be the favorite sport, although the 'nightly race-through-the-house' reindeer games are a close second. Andy now comes on my lap whenever I am seated and loves neck scratches.

10-16-2012 - On our way home and Andy rides in my lap most of the day as I am driving.

02-26-2013 - Today is Andy's 1st anniversary of coming to her furrever home. And what a year it has been. She came to us a frightened, VERY nervous kitty. She still is twitchy, but she has settled in quite well. Koko still is her nemesis and I don't expect that will ever change. They just do not get along. Fortunately Andy is much more agile than Koko, so the tops of the kitchen cabinets remains her sanctuary when needed. Squeeky and Beakie play with her with Beakie still getting big tail some times. And Ashes leaves everyone alone - go away kid don't bother me.

As I write this, Andy is on the TV table next to me busily watching what I am doing. She follows me like a little shadow, and naps with me on the bed or nearby on the kitty condo if Squeekie has arrived first. Andy is a real chow hound (cat?) and manages to muscle her way to the food bowls with the best of them. Curiously, there seems to be a truce at the food bowls, each allows the others to eat with no noises. And when it it nightly treats time, you can hear her coming from wherever she is! Me first Me first Mommy!

We have not yet been able to trim her back claws. She just doesn't like to be confined at all (largest understatement of the decade - she makes the Tasmanian Devil appear comatose by comparison). However this doesn't seems to be a problem with us or furniture. Well, I have had a few 'tracks' from holding her when she wanted down NOW.

Andy fell in the pool the other day for the first time. She was coming around the corner of the orchids and did not see Squeeky. SURPRISE - and up and back she jumped right into the water. She swims really well, and had no problem pulling herself out of the water. But allowing us to dry her off was another matter. No way were we going to get near her, and so she air dried in her own time on the towel we put on the kitty condo's top perch. I think there was probably some embarrassment involved as well as being surprised!

We are blessed to have this beautiful lady come live with us. She wakes me in the morning and meows me to sleep at night. She is a joy.

06-05-2013 - Andy's chief nemesis, Koko went to the Rainbow Bridge in mid April. The change since her departure has been dramatic. Andy now rarely goes up on the cabinets tops (she can't in the RV) and she has stopped her hissy growly at Beaky. As a matter of fact they have been playing chase me through the motor coach for the last couple of days. Andy continues to jump on my lap at night. She prefers that I don't pet or scratch her rather she is content to just lie on my lap and purr.

This afternoon we had a real breakthrough when both Beaky & Andy slept on the bed with me at nap time. In the past Beaky has chased Andy away when she would jump on the bed at nap time or during the night. Today when I woke up, there they both were, near but not touching and quiet as churchmice! I was so happy!

February 26, 2014 - my second furrever day anniversary! Hello all my friends at the VA SRC. This is Andromeda dictating a letter to you. My Meowm and Paw call me Andy; I know, it is a bit of a diss but they mean well. I suppose it is really OK after all as, as TS Elliot says, cats have 3 names anyway, and NO one knows my third name ( as it should be). And I quote:

"The Naming of Cats is a difficult matter,
It isn't just one of your holiday games;
You may think at first I'm as mad as a hatter
When I tell you, a cat must have THREE DIFFERENT NAMES.
First of all, there's the name that the family use daily,
Such as Peter, Augustus, Alonzo or James,
Such as Victor or Jonathan, George or Bill Bailey—
All of them sensible everyday names.
There are fancier names if you think they sound sweeter,
Some for the gentlemen, some for the dames:
Such as Plato, Admetus, Electra, Demeter—
But all of them sensible everyday names.
But I tell you, a cat needs a name that's particular,
A name that's peculiar, and more dignified,
Else how can he keep up his tail perpendicular,
Or spread out his whiskers, or cherish his pride?
Of names of this kind, I can give you a quorum,
Such as Munkustrap, Quaxo, or Coricopat,
Such as Bombalurina, or else Jellylorum-
Names that never belong to more than one cat.
But above and beyond there's still one name left over,
And that is the name that you never will guess;
The name that no human research can discover—
But THE CAT HIMSELF KNOWS, and will never confess.
When you notice a cat in profound meditation,
The reason, I tell you, is always the same:
His mind is engaged in a rapt contemplation
Of the thought, of the thought, of the thought of his name:
His ineffable effable
Deep and inscrutable singular Name."

I have added 2 new pictures of me. One on my throne (the dash of the RV) and the other chillin' with Beakie on the passenger seat. I can't say we're BFF's yet, but we're working on it.

Days around here are full of excitement: napping, eating, playing tag with Squeaky, and lounging (regally I will add) on Paws lap at night whilst he watches the moving picture frame on the wall. And yes, he is now allowed to stroke me if he likes - it seems to make him happy so I allow it. I am still easily startled, but it has been weeks since I laid opened Paws leg with my claws. (Allow me to interject here Andy, that I am SO happy that you have left my legs alone since shorts season is just around the corner).

So as you can see, I am blessed to have found such a good furrever home. (We think so too Andy).

TTFN - Andromeda

February 26, 2015

Hello from Sunny Florida! It's Andromeda again on my third furrever day. I can not thank all of the Siamese Rescue people for finding me such a good home! When you found me I was scared (I know, cats aren't supposed to admit that but it was true) and I wanted nothing to do with people. Since coming to live with Meommy & Paw, I now actively go up and sniff new people who come to my house. I sleep on Paw's lap and on the bed with him at night, tucked up against his ankles. He likes it when he can feel me there so I allow him to be touching me. The other 2 furrballs & I play and have the crazys at least once a day. Paw says I'm getting pudgy and that I need the exercise - we'll see. I've heard them whispering about taking us to the stabby place for our yearly . . . well, I don't want to dwell on what they do to me - it is NOT dignified.

So as you can see - I love it here and my hoomans are so much better off now that they have me. After all, I am a Siamese!

I'm a petite seal point girlie, and I love to be petted and to explore. I lived with other kitties before, so I will probably be good with others. And I met the woofer, and she seems OK, too. I have a little infection in my one eye right now, but Aunt Siri will get me all fixed up. Going to Aunt Siri's 12/14. More information soon!
Notes from Home
Dear My First Human Mom, I'm hoping that you are well. I landed in a lovely place. I have gone from a skinny kitty to a well-proportioned kitty. I'm now 9 lbs! While you called me Samantha, my new mom calls me Liu.

I live with two other cats-my brother who is the alpha cat in our house and a younger cat who takes turns loving me and teasing me. My new mom says that little sisters are like that, no matter what species they are. (Giggle!) My brother and I are buddies and we sleep, touching each other's paw every morning.

My favorite spot in the house is the bed with the down comforters and pillows or at the foot of my new mom. Every day, she holds me and we together send warm thoughts to you, hoping that you are okay.

If you like to see me, my new mom would be happy to share me with you. She told me that she can tell by the way that I act around people and that you knew that my birthday was Nov. 28, 2007, I must have been loved a great deal by you.

Love you and hope that you are doing well.

Samantha (aka Liu)

I was found tangled, strangled, terribly sick and barely alive in a softball field net last October. I was just a bitty baby. A nice lady in the neighborhood rescued me and helped me to recover from my ordeal and then called Siamese Rescue to help me find the purrfect home! I'm a little shy at first, but I love for you to hold me and let me burrow my head into the crook of your elbow. I'm gentle and sweet and also like other animals including friendly doggies!

I do have a Grade II heart murmur that might be sticking with me, but I'm healthy in other regards and I've got my WHOLE life to look forward to. Maybe you'll find room in your heart for me?

This cat is not suitable for children under the age of 5 (ie 5 and over is OK). This is typically a cat that is shy and a child might scare it, or one that has a potential to bite or play too hardNot with kids under 5

Notes from Home
After 24 hours of hiding, Wrigley made his first public appearance, and has been one happy kitty ever since. His favorite activities are playing with toys and eating. And he talks more and more every day.

This cat will not tolerate being with a male cat. Usually this is a male cat.Not with Male Cats
You are just going to LOVE me because I am just going to LOVE you!!!! Check out my video to see what I mean! I follow you everywhere, talk to you, look at you with adoring eyes, and LOVE to lap sit and snuggle. Because I didn't have once and now I do have, I'm a little greedy in the loving department, so tiny children might not understand that. Otherwise, you can't get any better than me!
Notes from Home
Mr. Mister is doing very well in his new home! He is such a loving adorable cat. He is eating well- using the litterbox and playing. He is a great cuddle cat!

Mr. Mister is doing super! At his 1 month anniversary he has made himself at home and becoming friends with Quince- most of the time ;)
Lots of playing & romping around. We are enjoying it!

Mr. Mister is doing fantastic at his 6 month anniversary! We have adapted his name to call him Mr. Mickey. He is the most friendly docile cat. He plays well with Quince and at times can be rough & tumble- but she will put an end to it when she has had enough. He has grown to be quite a large fluffy cat with really soft fur. He has the sweetest face even when he sneaks and tries to eat the dog's crunchy food. No problems or concerns for us. We are in luv with him!

At 1 year anniversary Mister Mickey is wonderful! He is healthy and happy and just a darling of a cat. Just had a vet visit and he had all good remarks. He is a great addition to our family. He is such a charmer. He will stick around when visitors come to the house- unlike Quince who hides from anyone except us - he will be nosy and join in. So happy that he has turned out to be such a beautiful cat with outstanding soft fur and such a gentle way.....and those big blue eyes- just gorgeous!
