AURORA
Turned in to the shelter with my two gorgeous kittens without so much as a note :( It was very scary at the loud shelter, but now that I'm with foster lady I'm quickly learning that its safe to let my real, sweet and loving personality come out.
I just need a few days for you to earn my trust and then I'm all purrs and headbutts.

Notes from Home
Today is our one year anniversary with Miss Aurora. She is a wonderful addition to our family. She is in perfect health and has perfect manners. When Aurora first came to us, she cried and hid under a bed for several days. She eventually came out, explored the house, met all of us and decided to stay.
She is affectionate, loving and very playful. Her favorite toy is a wand toy with feathers on the end, which she drags around the house, meowing nonstop, until she finds a human to play with her.
Aurora loves treats, being brushed, chatting, napping on a cozy bed and snuggling with her humans. She has very little patience with humans on a phone, using a computer or reading a newspaper. After all, she is the one her humans should be focusing on.
We adore our little girl and are so grateful to everyone at Siamese Rescue for allowing us to adopt this wonderful cat. Special thanks to LaShawn, who took our baby in after she was found abandoned with her 2 kittens, and showed her that the world really is a safe place with some really great humans in it!

Latte has been living with us for six months now.
She is so lovely,gentle and sweet cat. Especially she is so friendly to my daughter. When my daughter comes back from school Latte greats her at infront of door all the time.
She loves food.Yes! She gained her weight. Now she is on gentle diet. ;)
Very healthy and playful. She loves colorful string and string hanging with small mice.
We are trying to make her exercise more often in these days to prevent to be a fat cat.
Her nick name is "roast chicken". Because she likes to show her whole belly with stretching two arms and two legs to the sky. Ha Ha.

9 years here and going strong! Zanzibar is a healthy boy who loves his people and especially his food. He strongly believes that potato chips are a delicacy and comes running at the sound of a crinkling chip bag being opened. He will search high and low for any crumbs that have escaped.

Princess fka Arianna continues to do well. She just had her annual vet exam and everything was perfect. It is amazing how after a year, I continue to see changes in her behavior. She has become more playful, surprises me with presents (ie., cat toys that she carries upstairs in her mouth) when I am in bed and is more accustomed to the family routines. Very sweet girl!

You all don't know what you're missing by not asking about me. 3/30/15
Gypsy has turned out to be a real lover!! We took her to the Vet to see why she was biting so much and I think she was frightened that we were getting rid of her. She meowed at the top of her lungs all the way to the Vet and not a peep out of her once she got back in the car. She greets me at the door every evening and wants to be immediately picked up and snuggled for about five minutes. She does have a favorite toy. It is a spider on the end of a stick and she waits patiently for me to play with her every night. We are usually good for about a half hour (and I am the one who quits). We have never had a problem with the litter box and she cleans herself constantly. I have never seen a cat so clean in my life. If we sit in the living room, so does she. If we sit in the den, so does she. It is very funny to me that she won't eat unless one of us is in the kitchen. Don't quite know where that comes from.
9/27/16
Gypsy is very, very happy in her forever home! She has to be in the same room with one of us at all times in order to feel secure. She doesn't have to be on us, just near us. She still doesn't interact with other animals very well. That is ok since we don't have any other animals, but can't let other people bring them to visit. After a rough start, she has turned out to be a wonderful, loving pet.

GIBSON
When I found the nice people I meowed and meowed at their door till they noticed me. No one knows where I came from or claimed me so they took me to the vet and then called Siamese Rescue. I knew I found the right house to help me. The vet needs to take care of a few things then I will be ready to have my forever home. I would love a Family!

After 6 months we can report that Gibson has happily taken over our apartment and our hearts. He comes to the door to greet us each time we return from our activities. Pretty sure he would love us to just stay home and give him lots of attention all day even though he is not left for long periods of time. He is affectionate and loves playing to play with us. Gibson is clearly not a solitary cat. He follows us from room to room and sleeps in his favorite places which change daily depending on his mood. Sometimes he sleeps in our bed and other times loves to sleep on the living room window sill. We never thought when our 16 year old rescued Siamese died early in 2016 that we would be so happy to have another one but decided it was worth a try. Think we made ourselves and Gibson very happy. Thanks again for this very special match. You folks are the best.

Today is Loki's gotcha day! About two weeks ago him, his sister (dalmation puppy), and I moved to Texas from Illinois and Loki did great, I was so proud of him! Loki secretly loves his puppy sister but only when no one is looking! He is full grown now at 7.8 lbs and Heath wise he is doing really well. Loki also have a favorite toy , his stuffed goat.

TAITT
Surprise surprise! If you saw me on the website earlier, you saw a blue female named Arwen. The vet who did my FeLV/FIV test shaved me to check for a spay scar, and there was none. And that is because I am a boy kitty. The vet techs said I looked like an Arnie, so that's my new name. I had a whole mouthful of bad teeth, but they are all gone now.
I was abandoned when my owner moved and left me behind, and was on my way to starving. But now I'm safe in rescue and being taken care of. I am very social, and very sweet. I love attention, and purr when you look at me. Now that I am all recovered from my dental, I have started meeting the other kitties here. They seem to be OK, and foster mom says we will be friends in a few days. So far so good.
So if you have your eye out for a loving and sweet blue BOY, then ask about me.

Taitt (formerly Arnie) is doing very well. He enjoys getting his breakfast and dinner, and then getting to finish what his sister doesn't of hers! He has been crying a bit at night, so I think he'll be happy once they are integrated and he can be with us if he wants to. He has made himself at home - is not too bothered when he sees Moet through the baby gate (which went up last night). He seems to have a bit of trepidation around men - my dad came over on Sunday and it was the only time Taitt didn't want to come out and say hi. Yesterday though he was braver and came out with some caution but allowed himself to be pet! No issue at all with women, he comes right over for love. Based on his behavior, it's hard to believe he wasn't raised by someone who loved him dearly - he is just so loving and trusting. I told Lisa there is a bit of spraying happening in the cat pan - I'm open to any suggestions!!
9/26/16: One year after adoption and we are (mostly) one happy family. While Taitt and Moet don't seem to love each other, they are tolerant (mostly Moet is tolerant of Taitt's over-exuberance!) and peacefully coexist except on the rare occasions that Taitt gets carried away and his play turns into an attack. We're working on it! He had his annual last week and unfortunately it looks like he needs another dental, and they expect some extractions - poor bub won't have many teeth left after this one! He's gained 2 pounds since his last annual - so we need to watch that. He is a total love dove, is getting better around certain men (they scare him) and enjoys afternoons lounging in the sun, from the safety of his own home.

Hi effurybody! My name is William The Regal. I am just a big ole sweet, easy going lug of a meezer. I get along great with everyone, except for dawgies. My foster parents think a dog was really mean to me somewhere along the way cuz I just don't like them one bit! I came from a house that had over 90 cats and it was my job to take up for all the little guys. I'm really glad to be outta there and finally safe here in my foster home. Have you seen my little "brother" Brandon?!? He's a real sweetheart but he's sort of a runt so I always had to take up for him. We're big pals cuz he still depends on me and I still kinda like the feeling that I'm needed and everything.
