Greetings from Sasha!
Today is my 2 week birthday with Phyllis and Doug! To start our day, I had my first trip to my new vet, Mebane Pet Clinic. Dr E was very nice to me and I even ate treats when she was done. My gums still have a little redness but all else is good. I weigh in at 9 pounds and she said that is the ideal weight for me. That temperature thing made me a bit upset but they loved me up after the exam and I was calm after. We are continuing the Advantage medicine monthly as you had started. After we left the vet, Mom took me for another short trip and I realized when we stopped I was in a familiar place again and this truly was my home and I am not going anywhere else. I am very happy here and they certainly spoil me. Thank you for finding my new home!

Sasha continues to be a delightful loving and playful cat. We are so pleased that she has settled right in to her own routine. We are both working from home now and she takes turns sitting with us and helping the printer print documents .
We had to change her food and she has not had any problems at all in digestion. She is neat, very attentive to her cleanliness and very affectionate. I can even sneak in a quick hug when I get home.

I have been with my parents and forever home for 6 months now. We have had our ups and downs. Let me explain... Whe I came to them I was on a food that was making me unhappy. They tried several other foods and I did not like them. I lost a pound or two and we ended up at the Vet. After beating up several vet techs and having to be sedated... We figured out I was still healthy but dehydrated. After a few days of still not eating.... Mom had a thought and started me on what I probably was used to before I was found! Thank you Mom for getting me groceries that I love! I am now eating and have no allergies.. No weight issues... Love water and am healthy as can be. I love my forever home! We cuddle a lot and she keeps me warm and safe!

I have been with my loving parents for a year now! How time flies.
I am a happy healthy girl. I had some issues with allergies a while back and that has all resolved. The vet says I am the perfect weight and healthy.
I just learned how to talk to my Mom and Dad! My little squeak makes them very happy. Can you imagine a Siamese that is quiet?
Mom and Dad bought this cool tower , so I can chase the birds in the window.

I have now been at my forever home for 2 years. Life is great with my parents. They take me for mani pedis once a month, treats while mom works from home, and snuggles when go to bed.
I am a very finicky water and mom and dad get a variety of foods for me to pick from. I still do not like canned food but that is ok.
The birds keep me busy watching them in the livi,g room window. Then dad throws my favorite balls to Chase!

Yesterday our beloved Sasha crossed over the rainbow Bridge. Her cancer spread very quickly and we were with her until the end. She was as sweet and loving as she could be. We looked over her notes from the adoption today and realized that the folks who watched over her before we were lucky enough to adopt got to know her very well.
Thank you for allowing us to love this little petite Siamese! She gave alot of love.
Hopefully we will be i contact after the pain is gone.

Wow, this kitten rules! After a minimal amount of posturing and hissing, he's fitting nicely with our other two cats. He and our other male, Heinrich, initially created a sort of "boys club," from which our girl cat, Hilda, excluded herself. She was never hostile, but she did kind of hide out in the basement and radiate sulk when the boys tried to include her in their fun. Finally, Erwin and Heinrich seemed to decide that if Hilda didn't want to bother talking to them, it was her problem, and they'd have fun without her.
That's over now, and even if Hilda hasn't decided Erwin is her adopted son, she's no longer pouting herself out of their antics. Everyone if playing together now, and I am seeing evidence that, as Jackie said, he is not afraid of anything. We've had to run the vacuum cleaner, and Erwin just went on playing with his toys; it was the other two cats who preferred hiding to playing.
Erwin is also showing a wealth of personality. He loves going after Jake's shirt buttons and tried to stick his entire head in my cheese-stuffed shells when we ordered food yesterday. He also loves trying to drink our coffee, gets a fiendish delight out of tramping across keyboards, and is, to my amusement and somewhat to my surprise, trying to steal food from Heinrich and Hilda, neither of whom hiss at him anymore when he approaches their bowls. Oh, did I mention that before we let him out of isolation, he broke himself out four or so times? The first time, I'd injured myself slightly, not badly, but to the point where it hurt to chase him, and I wouldn't put it past him to have realized that and taken advantage of it.
I love having three cats; we both do. This little guy adds huge personality and a lot of fun to this household. Darn, he's maybe going to try to climb the curtain! Have to go and get him down.

Well, here is another update, very long-awaited.
I emailed Jackie becdause Erwin was enjoying splashing water all over the place. Her suggestion of a washing-machine drip pan was a good one, but what ultimately worked best was a high-sided dishpan. He tries splashing in it now, and nothing leaks over the sides; yay!
This cat has lots of opinions, none of them weak. If he loves a thing, he loves it. If he hates something, he hates it. No middle ground. No equivocation. He still loves the other two, but Hilda would just as as soon chuck him out. They never have any serious fights; she is like a diva who thinks her sibling is too far below her to waste her time with. Heinrich wrestles with him a lot, and the two often groom and share food.
Erwin has become very strong-willed. A few friends told me I might not like a Siamese because of this, but I'm finding that I love this breed as much as I like Persians and similar breeds.
He steals food, too. If we are eating, we have to keep an eye on him because he will strike like a cobra and make off with a bite of anything you're eating. Worse, he's shown the others how to do it, too. Heinrich and Hilda are both less aggressive, but they have learned from the young, daredevil expert.
All in all, he's working out magnificently.

Hello everyone. just slowing my motor down a bit to say hi and tell you a bit about me. I'm Marcos, a sweet little flamepoint male looking for the perfect pitstall to call home. I've had my plumbing work done (you human call "neuter") and I'm ready to be on the move. I am a true lover, but my foster momma says I tend to cry a bit. But I'm so young I think it only comes from wanting a little attention and lots of love. I'm a strong guy, but am not crazy about traveling. After 5 years in her forever home, Trixie is doing well. She still has some breathing issues. The Vet has diagnosed it as asthma and we are keeping it under control with meds. Trixie loves to be around her parents and likes to sleep between them at night and gets up in her mom’s lap on occasion. She’s a sweetie!

AMAZINGLY NICE BOY! Polite, tidy and very gentle, Rizzo has a sensitive nature and a quiet demeanor.
He is a gorgeous blue point male with excellent habits.
Rizzo is good with other cats and craves human company. Got an empty lap? Rizzo will be delighted to settle in and cuddle with you as you read or watch tv.
Rizzo would be ok with respectful dogs. He loves to watch the birds and squirrels out the window. Rizzo's ideal home would be with a family where someone was home most or all of the time.
Rizzo is purrfectly happy with other cats and enjoys sleeping on the bed with his foster brothers. He is not super needy and enjoys independent play, tag and "king of the mountain."

Notes from Home
Rizzo has acquainted himself with the entire household and claimed his favorite spots for napping. At night, he heads for our bed as soon as we turn out the living room lights. We realize that we had a Rizzo-sized empty space in our lives that he has now lovingly filled. His favorite toys continue to be those fuzzy sticks (or pipe cleaners) that we curl up and throw for him to fetch back to us.
Rizzo and Bonnie often have their meals together and share birdwatching in the sunroom. For the most part, the two kitties are co-existing peacefully, often lying down near each other. Bonnie will still get in a mood and occasionally bring along the SWAT team, but it is silent and brief, especially if Rizzo lifts his mighty paw to send a message! We are enjoying his gentle, sweet nature, and his soft purring is so rewarding.
Thanks again to everyone at SCRC for matching us up so well!

We welcomed Airelle to our home last August 8th, 2015. She was very reserved at first, but slowly she warmed up to us.
Nemo, our 3-year-old Seal Point Siamese fell in love at the first sight. After a week of isolation, Airelle is finally enjoying her new home completely. The first night together was incredible, i.e. playing and running around until 3:00am. Such a perfect match! She also visited our vet and received a clean bill of health.
Airelle is such an adorable kitten, great personality, very sweet. We love her.
Thank you to everyone who helped us during this process, especially the Meezer Express drivers, who had done such a wonderful and incredible job!

Time passed so fast. It's been a month ... Airelle is very happy and comfortable in her new home. Nemo, our male cat is delightfull with his new companion, playing and running around. Airelle is doing very well: 5.5lb, 5 months.

I can't believe it passed 6 months already... looks like it was yesterday when we got this little angel to our lives. Airelle was the best gift after we lost our 17 years-old female siamese cat. Airelle is always happy, plays all the time and a great companion for me, my husband and for Nemo.
Nemo loves her as everybody who met her. Airelle has been in a vet for regular check-ups and everything is great, 11.2lb. Thank you for all your support.

Today we are celebrating Arielle first Cativersary … Everybody is very happy: Nemo, my husband and I. I can't believe it’s been 12 months since this gorgeous meezer has been with us. She is very attached to our family, follow us around the house, plays with her toys and with Nemo. They are perfect to each other. Airelle has been visiting the vet for regular check-ups and everything looks great.

Airelle came to our lives 2 years ago, it's been 2 years of love with this sweet big little angel. She plays and prrr and talks around the house and with all members of this family (me, my husband and her big brother Nemo). All my friends love her. She is adorable!!! She is very healthy, has been visiting the vet every 6 months for regular check-ups.

I can't believe, it's been 3 years since we got the big angel Airelle into our lives. She has been a great companion for Nemo (another Siamese) and for me and my husband. She grow up until 3 years old. My vet thinks she probably has Himalayan in her DNA, she grow up until 3 years old and has 18.5 lb. She is a beautiful talkative and adorable cat. She is very healthy and everybody adore her.

Notes from Home
My husband was bound and determined to change his name to Khal Drogo, since he and his sister are the Khal and Khaleesi of the house. But I loved that their foster mom had named him Jorah because he was Dany's protector so we compromised with Drogon, in honor of her still-faithful dragon who swept her up out of the fighting pits of Mereen to save her. He has been her loyal servant since the first day they came home. He explored the room and reported back to her that it was ok. He showed her where the litter box and the food were and explored both first so she would know they were safe. He takes great care of his sister and is a first-class snuggler. He recently discovered the couch and blankets and is a big fan of both! He is very loved and happy in his new home :)
9/8/15 Today is Drogon's one-month gotcha day! He is eating so much and growing so fast, which is awesome because he's strong and healthy. He's mama's cuddle bug for sure and is happiest on my lap with a nice fluffy blanket. His points are getting so bright and although he was always adorable, he gets more beautiful every day. He is such a loveable, playful guy and we couldn't have asked for a more wonderful addition to our home.
We just celebrated our two-month anniversary with the kitties! Drogon is the softest, sweetest kitty I've ever seen. He's recently adopted a fleecy blanket that he smurgles and it's really adorable. He's getting so big and his beautiful little face gets darker every day. He his sister are so very loved and we're so thankful they're here with us!
Wow, I just got an email saying it's been 6 months since our babies came home to us! They are such beautiful, playful, joyful kitties and they are getting SO big, SO fast. They are happy and healthy and absolutely loved. When they first came home to us, we thought Drogon would be our little troublemaker. Boy, were we wrong! Daenerys is actually the one we have to keep an eye on, into everything, onto everything, and so adorable we can't help but laugh. Dro is still a total snuggle bug and the more chatty of the two. Anytime I pick Dany up for snuggles, Dro sits at my feet and yells because he's jealous!
8/8/16 it's Drogon's first cativersary with us! He is the softest, fluffiest, snuggliest, sweetest cat in the universe. He is Mama's boy for sure and he follows me around all day. He has the most irresistible sky blue eyes so he pretty much gets whatever he wants. He loves playing with his toys and chasing bugs!
8/8/18 I can't believe this is Drogon's 3rd Gotcha Day! He's still the sweetest, chattiest, snuggliest guy and he's so big. He loves being held, laying on laps, and getting belly rubs. He's such a happy guy and we love him so much.
