COLONEL
My name may be The Colonel, but dont believe the title means that I am a rigid fellow. Im actually soft and sensitive. Im a gentleman who enjoys quiet conversations and cuddling, and Im not the type to kiss and tell!
I do have a friend who must join me wherever I end up. His name is Hermes, and Im sure youll find him just as charming as I do. We share our foster home with a Great Dane, a Corgi/Cattledog, and a young Labrador that is being raised for The Seeing Eye. The pup is six months old now, and weve had a blast teaching him how to respect cats.
There are two cats our age that we cohabitate with, although we try to interact as little as possible. The two four year old cats, though, are sporting fun to chase. Our foster Mum keeps telling us that its a problem, but we dont see what she means.
I had a dental in the fall, and my foster Mum repeated bloodwork recently. As expected, the results are that Im perfect! Silly people, I could have told them that!

HERMES
I may be named after a Greek God, but I am a very grounded cat. I know what I want, and that is simply family to cuddle with. You can pick me up, kiss me, or hug me; I adore contact with people. Sometimes I even complain when you try to put me down!
I have several house mates here: the most important is my brother, Colonel. Were a package deal; if you love me, you have to adore him, too. We are so sweet, youll find that easy.
Theres a Great Dane who does make me yell when she keeps sniffing me, but when she finally respects my space I settle right down. I ignore the Corgi/Cattledog, and rarely have to discipline the Labrador being raised for The Seeing Eye.
There are two other cats my age here: one of them ignores me, the other will slap me if I come to close. I am deeply wounded that she does that, but have never layed a paw on her. The two four year old cats, though, are another story: they exist for me to hunt down and chase. The last time I did that, I ended up with a pierced ear.

My name is Che and Im proud to say that I am a Flame-point!
Why does that make me any more special than any other type of cat, well here is what I think.
Flames are often compared to dogs, insulting yes but I can really see why
1.We are really friendly; I will follow you around almost like a frisky puppy.
2.We are loyal, I will be your friend forever, if you need proof, ask Gus.
3.We are not picky eaters; well Im not anyway.
4.We like to be groomed; I really like to be brushed.
5.We like to give kisses, yup just like a dog.
I could go on but I dont want to fill up the Internet
But since you are probably looking for a cat then Im your guy (I cannot be around dogs anyway). I do a lot of the really cat things too (Im well rounded) like laps. Let me in your lap and Im set for a looong time. Jumping up into the cat tree, got it covered, waiting at the window for you to come home, Im there!

My name is Gus, and like Che I am proud to be a Flame-point, just please dont call me a dog, yuck!!!
At any rate Im a lot like Che but a bit more reserved, I like laps, I chatter quietly, I love to be brushed even though it seems that I do not lose a lot of hair, I really love food, man I like to eat Also I will flop over anywhere for a belly rub, I gotta say I really love those too!
Well OK, a lot of that is really dog like isnt it.
Also I have to say that Mr. Che is my brother, best buddy and my protector. Whenever I get nervous, which can happen when something new happens, I can always lean on him for support and he is always there for me. Because of that we will have to go to a home together, I simply cannot live without him.
