Hi everyone! I'm Toby. I am a BIG boy looking for a BIG lap! I love people and will reward you with purrs and kisses. I'm just a bit under the weather right now but not sick enough to miss a meal. I eat everything meowmy gives me and am also neat with my litter box. Meowmy says she needs to get better photo's of me as soon as I feel better so you can see my BIG self. I'm not the "typical" meezer in looks, but my eyes are a beautiful blue, I talk like a meezer, and I'm smart and people oriented just like my more delicate cousins. If you're looking for a cat to warm your lap and your heart, then I'm your boy. Just ask Meowmy about me and she'll tell you all about me.
Update: I'm feeling pretty good now and I'm allowed out to play with the other cats. I like them as long as they don't pick on me. Meowmy laughs and says I'm too big to be such a sissy. But hey! I'm a lover, not a fighter.

toby's new name is Mystic. He is doing great. He loves to give kisses and sleeps on my sons bed at night. He loves to play and spends most of the day watching the birdfeeders we have. We have some interactive toys , which he likes. when ever I cuddle with my son, we just wait a moment and he always joins us. my son has been enjoying him. He has been a great addition to our home.
Mystic is doing wonderful. He went to the vet november 20th and had his vaccines updated. He is very healthy. He has a new window perch which is his favorite place to look outside. He loves his toys and has been watching holiday shows with my son and I. Anything on the floor is his property, so when my son was doing science experiments on the floor Mystic joined in!

My owner of 5 years kicked the bucket. That was scary.
The medical examiner came and went. That was scary.
The undertaker came and went. That was scary.
I waited patiently.
Finally some distant family member came. Oh look. A cat!
"I don't want that cat" said the man.
"I don't want that cat" said the woman.
"I don't want that cat" said the teenager.
I'm a good boy. I use my box. I eat my food. I am interested in others. I'm a wee bit confused at the last month of experiences, but nothing I can't get over.

Thai is an amazingly good boy. He loves snuggling and sleeping on my head at night (though sometimes his loud purring makes sleep a little difficult!). He also loves to play with his ball.
Whenever I take him to the vet, all the ladies like to come in and talk to him and tell him how big and handsome he is (everyone is always surprised at how big he is!). And he is great with the dogs, though he does sometimes get annoyed at them for not playing with him (which results in some very funny tail hair nips - and some very surprised dogs!).
I am so happy to have him with me.

DELILAH
This is my idea of a perfect place to be - right in someones arms. I love people. I mean I LOVE them. I run up to every human I meet, meow a hello, flop down on the floor, sofa, bed or whatever, roll around to show my sleek, lovely belly and talk -talk -talk! Im a big talker. Ive been telling my foster parents about my past, even though it makes me sad. I was someones darling then they took me to the vet for the Big E because they didnt want me anymore, so here I am in Siamese Rescue. I told you about the love part but other things you might like to know are: Im a svelte 7.8 pounds of muscle (I work out: kneading, head butting, etc.), am not a picky eater, and have perfect litter box habits. In short, I am beautiful, loving, healthy, happy and looking for someone to love me forever. Delilah was diagnosed with hypothydroid 2 yrs ago - dispite numerous tries my husband & I were not able to "pill" her or give her the liqulid medicine...she would spit it back out at us just like a ltlle kid!!! Even our vet had a hard time giving her a pill...Delilah passed away on 12/07/09 - she quit eating 2 days before & the afternoon before she quit drinking water. Technically, she died of kidney failure just plain old age. We are very sad...

| Very independent kitten. does not come to me for attention but purrs her head off when I approach her if she's in the top of the cat tree. Plays with my cats, but most often sleeps alone. Nice little girl, lots of room for improvement though. |

12/08/09 Just a word to let y`all know that Purrsia is doing just fine . Her "pirate"right eye appears to be completely healed. She remains a bundle of energy. She has finally figured out how to get through the cat door from the glass porch which means that Priscilla has to be safely tucked away for her nap time or the running,jumping and chasing would never end. She loves to sit in my lap at the computer and try to catch the cursor as it moves around. She responds well to a no,no command but surely does as she pleases when no one is looking. She has moved into the bedroom now as it is a bit too cold on the porch. She sleeps through the night, so far so good. I think our King bed has reached it`s capacity with 2 grownups, 1grownup cat and one boss kitty. Val Edwards

Hi - my name is Socks and I'll be you know why. I have pretty white toes in the front and beautiful white "socks" on my back legs. No, no, I am not related to the former presidential cat named Socks, but I am just as beautiful as he was handsome. I promise I will grace your home in just the same presidential manner as he did, but I won't get into trouble like the former Socks did. I am a very good girl who will purr for you and headbutt you as often as you will let me. I rode in the car like a true lady and hopped out of my carrier and made myself right at home. Millie is doing great! She has really made this her own home. She has been nothing but a purrfect pet. She has claimed her own bed and chair. She loves the Christmas tree and is very nosey when we bring in bags of gifts. She's peeking for her own presents, I am sure. Life is good. and no complaints.
We will have a blessed and happy Christmas with our newest edition, Millie.

It has been 2 months since we have Gracie and we could not be any happier! She is the most well adjusted little girl and continues to bring smiles to our faces daily! Tomorrow, she gets a new brother, Bodhi !

Our sensitive boy has also opened up even more. Belly rubs are a daily request and so is “fetch time”. He loves to play fetch with his balls that have bells inside and he also likes any other toy that has a bell in it. He is also my riding buddy. I ride every morning and he usually sits up on a shelf and watches or sits in the window next to me so that I can periodically pet him. He also likes playing with covers (see attached picture).

Dragon is our bag and window boy – he loves to get into a bag or an open window. His favorite toys are balls with bells in them and small mice that make rattling noises when knocked about. He will sometimes even play fetch with the balls. He often makes a strange little noise when he plays. He is our morning boy - wakes us up every morning by walking all over us - and only purrs in the early AM (i.e. 3-6ish AM).
They both love to sleep together in a dog bed that my mom bought for them. It is perfectly sized. They frequently engage in rounds of gently play, rough-housing, and cleaning each other easily transitioning from one activity to the next. When they play and run up and down our stairs, it sounds like we have a herd of meezers in the house! Both sleep with us at night - mostly on our legs. We are thoroughly enjoying our lives with them. :-)

Our little “diva” continues to settle in with us. While the good snuggling (head butting and rubbing up against you) and loving (belly rubs) are on her terms, it happens so frequently, that we don’t have to wait long for her to initiate the interactions. She also puts up with me kissing her on the head often. One strange thing that she now does is sit over the heat vent when warm air is blowing up. She sits on one and cleans or she rolls around and plays with the plastic heat diverters that we have sitting on the vents (see attached picture).

Diamond is our purr girl - she purrs day or night. She is also our appliance girl - if there is an open fridge/freezer/dishwasher, she runs to it and tries to crawl in it. She absolutely loves bread - has already opened up two bags to get to the bread and even knocked a plastic container with muffins in it off the countertop in an attempt to open it up and get to the muffins! She loves playing with the fleece bowties that you all sent home with her and she also likes crinkly foil balls. When it comes time to nap on your lap, she likes to lie on your legs, between your knees and your ankles.
